Disappointing. When I created my basket, a number of random items had added themselves, which I spotted and removed, but I didn't spot one.

Bodrum said that it's my fault and tough, as I can't return the goods.

I won't be ordering from these people again, and I suggest that you check your basket thoroughly before committing to an order. Note that they won't accept ANY returns.

No doubt they'll respond to this, with a 'we are terribly sorry', 'we apologize for any inconvenience', 'we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations' ... and 'we genuinely hope you will give us another opportunity in the future' .... but ... this will be the one and only time I buy from here.

I have been using Bodrum products for a number of years. I love all their products but there jam is my favourite. It is a loose pouring jam and works well over porridge, pancakes and natural yogurt. The sour cherry is my go to jam.

Bodrum foods offers a great range of authentic Mediterranean food. Especially the giant white beans and tursu are mu favourite. They also do quick delivery, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great Mediterranean food.

Many of your products are fine—I wouldn’t say they’re all bad. However, I emailed you regarding the walnuts, and no one responded. The quality was truly awful.

If you’re comfortable leaving your customers dissatisfied, then by all means, continue this way.

Placed order on site, not received after 4 weeks. Emailed twice, no reply, phoned and reached owning company Gizma, was told would be called back, didn't happen. Rang following day and was told to wait for reply to email, I wouldn't be out through to anyone and cut off. Rang back chose delivery option , didn't work! Finally chose Accounts option where a very apologetic young lady said she would ask for me to be called back, we shall see. Appalling customer service, don't deserve to be in business.

Placed my first order with Bodrum foods, having discovered that their Red Lentils are Gluten Free…a rare find, delighted! I placed an order for several packs (for myself and a friend who will be catering for me and others with dietary needs and needs Red lentils for the chosen recipe). I also added a bottle of passata sauce to the order…you can guess what’s coming…
The order arrive in good time, however it had been placed in a Royal Mail carrier bag and was clearly damaged. On opening the soggy parcel it was immediately apparent that the bottle of passata sauce was missing its lid and the contents had poured all over, covering everything else and had seeped into the cardboard. The smell of tomato cardboard was vile and over powering. I emailed Bodrum, including photographs and had no response, I gave it a couple days and sent a chaser email, no response. There’s no telephone number to contact and no other means of communicating. I’m out of pocket, out of goods and hugely disappointed with this experience.

Placed order on 15th arrived by 17th, came well packaged in a medium box,
inside an insulated envelope style packaging with a cool bag type thing in to keep cool and fresh which I was well impressed with as delivery’s can get delayed sometimes, product’s of high quality, would definitely recommend buying from this company 10/10 🤩

What happened...I've been using Bodrum Cafetierres for decades, alway good, always reliable until you knock one against a tap and cause a failure point: but hey, that was my fault...Having done just that about 3 or 4 months ago, I was shopping in Lidl and in the central ilse offers, there was a pile of Bodrum Caffetierres, i poped one into my basket without even thinking, but it was the price that shocked me....about £10 from memory.
When I arrived home I opened my brand spanking new Bodrum pot to be somewhat taken aback....it was all PLASTIC? What the heck is this...plastic?
I wasn't happy; but having been a Bodrum customer for more than 40 years, I thought maybe they know best. After a month the clear PLASTIC was no longer clear, it was becoming a dirty brown so I tried cleaning it a bit more than I would glass, all to no avail. I did think about using chemicles to clean it but decided against that as I was injesting the contents of the pot daily. Yesterday the pot cracked when I filled it with hot water, a 5 inch 3/4s of the way up appeared, today it cracked again. These appear the early stages of a dramatic breakdown, certainly I am reaching breaking point. I always bought Bodrum as I thought they were the best and also realise "buy cheap, buy twice" but THIS IS BODRUM?
How could Bodrum my everyday Coffee Hero fail so spectacularly?

Just to say thank you for safe and quick delivery of my recent order. Very very pleased with the contents, well thought out with tins coming with plastic lid and very useful spoon. Another order on it's way.

I wanted to make an order for £60 but I wanted to register before that but there is no such option on their website. I tried to give them a call some person told me that they can't help and hang up the phone.

Really bad taste and smell if moneky nuts. Why this company packed such material.

I placed an order with Bodrum Foods and had some issues with it as not all items arrived.

It did take a bit of a winding path but they did get back to me and corrected the error to my full satisfaction.

I bought from this company before and the food is yummy so I'm adjusting my rating to 4 stars.

I take one star away because I still think that there ought to be a phone number to call or at the very least a customer service email address on their website so that we the customers could send questions to them should we need to about our orders. I wouldn't mind even if the response was a bit slow. As it is I had no obvious way to contact them when I had an issue with my order other than to use the Messenger option on their Facebook page to which I didn't get a reply or leave a poor review on here.

My second order of Bodrum's Giant White Beans, 2 kilos this time. Good delivery and packaging. Larger than Haricots but smaller than Butter Beans, they are ideal (soaked overnight and cooked up gently the next morning) for soups, stews, casseroles - and best of all, with olive oil, garlic and tomato. Family's favourite! Bodrum included a great cotton bag, durable and a good size, this time - an added benefit.

Amazing foods and quality. Having moved out of London a few years ago it has not been easy to find goods and spices to make authentic Turkish dishes. I was thrilled to see such a comprehensive range of foods at excellent prices.

I also had some questions regarding a particular product the team were polite and super helpful.

My order arrived in good time and so pleased with all the items, I would definitely recommend Bodrum Foods and definitely be using them regularly moving forward.

I was absolutely thrilled when I found Bodrum had such a wide range of turkish delight to offer!

After adding waaaay too much into my basket along with some halva, some honey sesame nuts and some pickled peppers I placed my order.

I am pleased to say that it was picked and dispatched quickly, hermes took a few days to process it due to high demand but it was worth the wait.

Everything I ordered is delicious!

I also appreciate the free tote bag, it looks heavy duty so will be very well used.

By far the best pickles in the world !
Used to buy them from my local foreign food shop years ago, however , couldn't find them anywhere when I moved to another city.
I was very pleased to discover I can buy them online now!
My shopping experience was really good, very friendly customer service who are keen to make sure you're happy.
We had a little issue with my order which was resolved right away.

Fantastic customer service when it came to suggestions on substitutes. And they delivered just before Christmas even though I placed the order a few days before. Also, best pickled garlic I’ve tried so far!
