am very disappointed with the service I received from Bodyline Clinic. I paid for a full month, but in reality only received around two weeks of effective treatment.

At the start, we had a plan. They gave me a blue tablet for one week, but it was not effective. As agreed, they then sent me the pink tablet. Unfortunately, this caused me unpleasant side effects. When I reported this, I was told to stop taking it and even to get my eyes checked, but no proper alternative was provided.

As a result, I was left without any treatment for the remaining two weeks, yet I was still charged for the whole month. Despite contacting them several times, I only received delays and no real solution.

I am very dissatisfied with both the lack of response and the unwillingness to resolve the matter. They keep saying we sent you each times 2 weeks tablets which if they check dates pink tablet arrives and original plan it is obvious e this is not true . They do t reply to any of my emails

Professional friendly staff who put you at ease, very encouraging and helpful, very knowledgeable about there products, I have lost weight each time i go for my appointment and feel amazing since I started this journey.

Such a lovely friendly welcoming lady is Lori, lots of hugs and this lass excels with kindness and is also very accommodating! Would defo recommend this lovely, lovely lady. Also the clinic is exceptionally clean too 💜💜💜 you need to try it…..enjoy your Easter Lori you deserve it.
If I had one tiny critism it would be to play some chill music, on low, just enough to drown out the busy road/traffic outside but I was that relaxed, I hardly heard it.
I will be back 😘

The staff in Stockport are most professional, caring and discreet.
No matter how the day is they always perk you up and make you feel good about yourself.
They encourage you to keep going on the journey, which can be difficult at times.

Staff are always friendly and helpful on every visit. I was worried at first going into the clinic but it is very welcoming and any questions are answered clearly.

Brilliant company to deal with. Been under their care for just over 2 months so far. All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and genuine care shown whether face to face or over the phone.
