We recently accidentally knocked off our external vent pipe to our brand new worcester bosch boiler, which meant we had no hot water.
A late-night telephone message was responded to the next morning, with the problem being fixed the very same day.

Corey and Frankie did a great job of replacing our old gas boiler. They arrived promptly and worked really hard in a tidy and professional manner. There were some complications/problems arising from our property design/set-up which they worked on and sorted very efficiently. As soon as our boiler install was finished on Valentine's Day 2024 I emailed Tom at Horsforth Heating to tell him that those lads of his who did the work, Cory and Conor, are a tremendous credit to him. All work was done expertly, professionally and efficiently. Also the apprentices, were polite eager and did a good job hanging the rads and a first rate tidy up, and again, a great credit to Horsforth Heating.

I would recommend Horsforth Heating to anyone in a heartbeat. Cory suggested we need a gas fire service, which is overdue, and we will be booking one with them in the very near future, along with any other work we require.

We've used Horsforth Heating solutions twice and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Every employee is professional and hardworking and they take pride in providing a great service at a fair price.
They've just put a new boiler and 2 radiators in our house and they were extremely efficient, left everything clean and tidy and emailed the guarantee the same day (along with the bill which was as quoted - no hidden extras.)

We were very impressed with the initial survey, Tom gave a really great survey and came up with a solution that had clearly been beyond many other companies who had tried. His team, Ryan, Cory and Felix, arrived on the appointed day, on time and proceeded to do a superb job. they were professional, courteous and worked well as a team. The old boiler was removed from an internal wall and repositioned on the opposite external wall. All the pipework was rerouted and the new boiler installed, radiators cleaned out and system tested. The area was left clean and tidy. My wife and I can really recommend these guys - great job, thank you

Highly recommend Horsforth Heating Solutions. They were recommended to us last year when we bought a house, so we used them for a gas inspection. Today, we needed to call them out urgently to fix a leaking water pipe issue in the bathroom. In both instances, they have been brilliant to deal with, for several reasons. They can be reached very quickly by phone. The service is extremely fast when needed - today for our emergency plumbing job, they were booked for this afternoon but the engineer arrived within half an hour of my initial call. We also know of other people with emergency issues, where they have responded within an hour or two. They charge reasonable prices and are completely up front - the experience as a customer is that they charge only what they need to, and they actually find ways to avoid over-charging. On the phone today, Ben indicated the likely cost, but also a "reasonable worst case scenario". Abolutely superb company to deal with - a rare find.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Horsforth Heating Solutions. The whole process from initial survey, installation and aftercare was exceptional. The level of customer service was fantastic.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend Horsforth Heating for any plumbing and boiler issues. Had a mystery leak in cupboard and couldn't see where it had come from, bit worried as cupboard also had fuse box in it, rang them up and Mick arrived same day, friendly and professional and knew his stuff, managed to locate source of leak under some floor boards upstairs, fixed it and went on his way, problem solved and very good price and service, also use for boiler servicing and always great service, many thanks!
