Fitted my boiler, can’t complain. Great company recommended

Such a fantastic local company! We have used Horsforth Heating Solutions for boiler repairs over several years and more recently to fit a new boiler and swap out of a radiator. They have always been excellent - from Ben in the office to their friendly and professional gas safe engineers who always attend when they say they will (and always managed to get our 18 year old boiler operational again!). Also, sent us a bouquet of flowers to thank us for keeping the work local afterwards which was really nice! A good, honest and professional local company.

A couple of years ago HHS came to make a repair on a boiler in our house (very badly fitted by someone else from outside of Leeds). Our daughter was only a few months old at the time, it was winter and the house was freezing. They were so lovely. Tom really went out on a limb to get the boiler working and even came back to do some additional work for us, free of charge, to make sure we had a working boiler over winter. He seemed genuinely concerned about our situation. They returned a few times and did everything to try and keep the boiler going for us. Fast forward a couple of years and, rather than deal with constant issues, we got HHS to come and fit a new combi boiler.

I just cannot fault them in any way. Tom is so friendly, as are all of the team we've met and spoken to. They're smart, professional, tidied up afterwards and explained everything as they went along. Also, the boiler is so good! We are so, so happy with the work they've done. We will, without a doubt, use Tom and HHS for anything we need in the future. So glad we found them, especially after the experience we had a couple of years ago. Thank you so much guys :)

Great service and a very professional team. From the initial visit by Tom to give us an estimate, we felt we were in safe and accomplished hands. The two plumbers/heating engineers who installed the boiler, Kaine and Ryan, were a pleasure to have in our home. Kaine took time to explain everything really well before he left. All dealings with Horsforth Heating Solutions, including Benjamin in the office, have left us feeling we made the right choice.
And the house is a different place, warm, cosy and economical! All that and a bouquet of flowers to thank us for using the company. Five stars!

Hot Water boiler failed (and started leaking) - asked for an engineer to attend to try and fix (and if not able, at least to isolate, so we could get running water again). When Mick arrived he was unfortunately unable to fix the boiler, but was able to isolate it. However, in the process he found a gas leak, which due to being in underfloor piping couldn't be fixed. He ran a new gas line to the Central Heating boiler and gas hob, so we were as functional as we could be.

Obviously though, this left us without hot water. Arranged a survey with Tom, who was able to tell straight away what the system we had was and advise what we would be best moving to. No pressure on upselling or offering things we didn't need / want. Install date of a fortnight later, which wasn't too bad considering the demands of this time of year.

Darren and Andrew arrived on time to carry out the install - after a quick check of where the existing pipework / boilers were, they got straight to work. Fairly soon, all surplus equipment / pipes were removed and the new boiler started to be put in place (after bricking up the old flue holes - and doing a nice job of it as well).

Once the new boiler was in place and working, Darren gave an explanation on its workings and how it communicates with the Controller that we had chosen. They also assisted with a first attempt at balancing the radiators as some were too hot and some were still cold. Unfortunately things still aren't quite right, but have already arranged with Darren for them to come back and try again. Having said that, we were expecting to have issues with the balance of the system, so this isn't a knock against the engineers.

All in all, not a great situation to be in but hopefully we are now all sorted - and couldn't recommend Horsforth Heating Solutions enough for all their work in getting to where we are.

This firm is professional and skilled. They moved a boiler for me as part of a kitchen renovation. James was polite, respectful in my home and did his work with care, tidying up after himself. I did ask Gas safe to review the work, not because of the company but rather as I have had bad experiences with other builders and wanted it checking by an independent party. I was worried that this may sour the relationship with the company, especially since they had taken the time to send a bunch of flowers to the house (before I contacted Gas safe) to say thank you for staying local but much to my relief, the guys remained polite, respectful and appreciated why I had done this after my husband explained why I had done so. I would wholly recommend this company - professional, excellent standard of work and very pleasant to do business with. Thank you.

My 17 year old boiler was leaking and loosing pressure. My daughter recommended Horsforth Heating Solutions and i was not disappointed. An appointment was arranged swiftly with Tom and the boiler replaced on 18th August. Excellent efficient service from Horsforth Heating Solutions. Would definitely recommend.

We have had Horsforth Heating a couple of times to do work for us, they also installed a complete heating system at my sons house as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Excellent prices & excellent service from the whole team. If I could of given 10 stars I would!

We have been using horsforth heating for a number of years now and they have always been excellent. Last week Ryan came to fit 2 new radiators and an outside tap. It was the hottest day of the year and it wasn't the easiest job however ryan took it all in his stride and was here for 10 hours until all the problems were resolved when others would have given up and come back an other day especially since it was a Friday.

My new Worcester Bosch boiler has just been installed by Horsforth Heating Solutions and everything has gone very smoothly. The boiler is operating splendidly and I was really impressed with the ease of setting up a direct debit for the maintenance plan. The work was completed within the time frame promised and everything was left clean and tidy. Contact with personnel was efficient and friendly. I would recommend HHS to anyone.

Fantastic service by Horsforth Heating Solutions.
I had a problem with the water pressure in my hot water and shower.
I previously called out British Gas, who said that I would need a new boiler.
But when I reached out to Horsforth Heating solutions for a new boiler quote, they advised me that the problem could be easily repaired.
Which they managed to do.
Really honest and reliable service.
And saved me thousands of Pounds ( had I gone for a new boiler )

Such a helpful company. They fitted my heating system and do my annual service. So when I discovered a leaking boiler I rang straight away. As I was still covered under my boiler warranty they suggested I rang them as wouldn't cost me anything, but said to get back in touch if I was struggling. Bosch couldn't come until the next day. I sent Ben a photo of the leak and he sent Mick out within an hour. Quickly sorted it out too. Excellent service as always. Highly recommend them.
