Quick response after giving my details for having a new boiler fitted. Great service and not pestering you afterwards. The three companies who contacted me to quote were really helpful in the advice given and seemed very professional. I settled on one, Antlin Plumbing & Heating, and was extremely happy with the finished installation, also the price.

This site looked very useful, but I was put off by the requirement to enter my name, email address and most of our phone number. This just means they want to call you multiple times to try and sell you a boiler. You should be able to get a free quotation or ballpark figure without having the fear of unwanted calls.

Excellent fast experience service. The lady who called me was lovely.
Happy to say that I have already got a new boiler being fitted next Monday.

Had contact with boiler installers within two hours.

The Boiler Guide service was extremely useful when we were left without heat after our usual engineer was unable to repair our 24 year old boiler and does not install new boilers. Where to turn? Boiler Guide did exactly as they promised and within the hour we had 2 companies in contact - Pearcroft Plumbing and Walsh Plumbing. We must thank Pearcroft for their wonderful service. By 5pm the same afternoon, Paul had visited the property, then telephoned through a quote and the next day they came to install the new boiler. End of the day we had a fully functioning boiler.
However, I would suggest that Boiler Guide do not use the 3rd company (Domestic & Commercial Heating) as 3 days later we have still not heard anything from them!

Boiler Guide have a very efficient system that triggered 3 contacts from suppliers almost immediately (plus a 4th soon afterwards). This gives you the chance to have 3 or more quotations within a couple of days

Our boiler went off 12 days ago. Having been 'messed around' i decided I need to try and get this sorted out by another means.
Within minutes of accessing Boiler Guide and submitting a quote request for a new gas boiler, yesterday morning, as promised three companies details were emailed to me and each made contact almost straight away.
After an inital phone call with the second of the companies their surveyor was with us within 20 minutes. The survey completed, boiler selected, ordered and deal done with a promise of fitting it today. Promise fulfilled and new boiler installed - heating and hot water back on by 15:30 this afternoon. Fantastic! Thanks so much to all.
