Easy way to find gas boiler installers
A really easy way to find potential providers of a new gas boiler. The three companies contacted me quickly to arrange visits and quotations. I was able to check the companies out using relevant websites. Made the whole process much easier than I expected.

Bad service
I have contacted Boiler guide 4 days ago as I had my boiler not working and they told me that someone will contact me ASAP. I am still waiting. Thanks god that I have fix it myself.

Boiler Guide offered me a Professional…
Boiler Guide offered me a Professional installer for Viessmann Boilers. I selected one of the 3 Offered.
The Communication was very good, but that when it all went wrong, The company then out sourced the installation contract to someone else who between them completely made a disaster of it. Could write a book so if you are interested of all the details I would be glad to oblige. Example . I power flushed the system but it blocked the boiler,. You have to pay £600 for me to do it again because if I say I did not do it correct It will be logged as a FAIL. Boiler sounds like a concrete mixer but whilst the installation was covered by a one year ( What ever I have touched is guaranteed) it only applies to something that has not gone wrong and they refuse to do anything. I have yards of how this company provided by Boiler Guide failed on ever count. I have contacted Boiler Guide. but,,, yes... you guessed , they wont respond as I wonder why they give these jobs to unprofessional companies.
Small Claim Court sounds very promising?

Contacted by one company, Quantum, rang at 08.10 and arranged to visit me at 3 pm today.22 March 24.
Representative Hamish visited at 2 45pm and spent 45 minutes discussing my requirements for a new boiler.
Gave me a quote and timescale for completion once I made my mind up and placed an order.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, needed to have a boiler fitted in Barnet quickly for a 92 year old member of the family.
I had sourced a gas engineer through boiler guide, within a day had three quotes, and within two it was fitted.

STAY CLEAR, BOILER GUIDE RECOMMENDED A CONMAN
I contacted this company to find a gas engineer to install a new boiler. They sent me details of 3. I contacted 3 companies and made appointments with all of them to come to my property. One of the engineers NEVER TURNED UP. Another company, GEORGE DICK AND SONS came on time and sent me a quote very quickly. I accepted the quote. BUT AWARE, GEORGE DICK IS A CONMAN AND A FRAUDSTER. He took £1,395 of me as a deposit and NEVER INSTALLED THE BOILER, IS NOT REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES OR CALLS.
I don’t advise to use Boiler Guide. Of three engineers they recommended, 1 didn’t turn up and GEORGE DICK RIPPED ME OFF.
