Diffidate da questo sito se acquistate dall'Italia. Ho comprato un cappello, un regalo di compleanno, che non è mai arrivato. Dopo 10 giorni di tracking quasi inesistente, il giorno in cui sarebbe dovuto arrivare, tramite le poste, è uscito fuori l'avviso di indirizzo errato e di restituzione al mittente. Invece l'indirizzo di consegna era giusto. Ovviamente assistenza del sito totalmente inesistente, non rispondono alle mail. Uno spreco di soldi, valuterò vie legali in caso di mancato rimborso.

Scam, don’t buy. They don’t send, don’t answer messages

Ordered a “Lou, amapola” model advertised as genuine Montecristi fiber for €290 — the whole point of paying that premium over their other hats is that Montecristi straw is famously foldable. Folded it once, gently, and the fiber cracked internally; the hat never regained its shape.

Contacted customer service (twice, first in Spanish, then in English, to get any response at all). Their answer: this specific model is “not foldable,” a detail absent from the product description, so no refund of any kind — full or partial. When I pointed out that foldability is the defining trait of Montecristi fiber and the reason I bought this model over cheaper alternatives, they simply repeated the policy.

So either the fiber isn’t genuine Montecristi, or their product description is materially misleading. Either way, I paid a premium for a specific, well-documented quality and received a hat that broke on first normal use, then got a canned refusal blaming the material rather than the seller’s own description. Avoid unless you enjoy expensive, unusable souvenirs.

Ich versuche seit über einer Woche, Bon Clic Bon Genre zu kontaktieren, da das Paket mit meiner Bestellung scheinbar verloren gegangen ist und nur der Absender die Nachverfolgung in Auftrag geben kann, aber es kommt keine Rückmeldung. Nach Angabe auf der Website melden die sich angeblich nach ca. 24 Stunden. Ich habe über die Tage mindestens 5 Anfragen geschickt.

Edit - an den Händler: Ich habe vor meiner Bewertung vier Anfragen über das Kontaktformular geschickt und zwei E-Mail-Adressen ausprobiert. Wenn da nichts vorliegt, ist was auf Ihrer Website kaputt. Bitte geben Sie mir eine E-Mail-Adresse, unter der ich Sie erreichen kann. Die Referenznummer meiner Bestellung lautet 687580.

Edit: Es sind weitere 5 Tage vergangen, ohne dass es irgendeinen Fortgang gibt. Ich habe keine Rückmeldung vom Support erhalten. Die Nachverfolgung des Pakets ist nicht eingeleitet worden. Mein Geld ist weg und ich habe im Gegenzug nur jede Menge Ärger. Der Hut sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk werden, jetzt stehe ich ohne Geschenk da und kann es mir auch aktuell nicht leisten, einfach etwas anderes zu kaufen. Sie werben auf Ihrer Homepage mit einer Rückmeldung innerhalb von ca. 24 Stunden, ich warte jetzt seit über 300 Stunden oder anders gesagt ca. zwei Wochen. Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun.

Esta empresa son unos estafadores de lo peor. Realicé un pedido el 9 de julio y jamás lo enviaron. Te dan un numero de correos de Francia pero 13 dias después, la empresa de correos informa que no ha recibido el producto por parte de esta empresa de ladrones.
Se quedan con el dinero de los pedidos pero no los envían.

Todo lo que digo es la pura verdad y cualquiera lo puede comprobar con este numero de seguimento; si haceis un pedido y no lo envias sois unos estafadores y si poneis aquí un numero de seguimiento de otro pedido para justicar vuestra estafa, estais mintiendo. No hay duda alguna. Por tanto, concluyo... Ladrones y mentirosos.

Ordered a ladies boater Tuesday Evening, shipped Wednesday and it arrived today lunchtime (Monday) can't argue with that coming from France. Excellent communication and lovely hat. The hat is lightweight but the brim stands flat as it should do. Hopefully it will stand up to constant use on holiday, but only time will tell. I ordered a size 53cm as I have a small head and it fits nice and snug. Excellent packaging.

I would like to add, my experience has been A1 spot on excellent. Don’t base your ordering on negative reviews which may just be unfortunate.

I ordered a boater hat last summer. It flew off my head and landed in a pool. The hat is ruined despite it being a BOATER hat, to be worn for boating, yachting, and on water recreation. Bon Clic Bon Genre blamed me for not letting it dry appropriately, as though I was supposed to know how to let it dry or that water would ruin it. The ribbon around the top is ruined and they said it was because of the chlorine…it was a saltwater pool.

I placed an order with this company and never received the hat that I ordered. I was given a tracking number about which I inquired with the USPS and was informed that the tracking number was a SCAM. I have had to file a complaint with my credit card company in an attempt to get my money back.
I have responded to the reply of this seller directly, providing all of my contact information as they requested, but I have received no further information from them. No refund and no product.

Today, March 9 more than two months after placing my order, I received the hat that I ordered in a package that was destroyed and the hat contained was damaged. I am presently making an attempt to contact this company for a replacement or refund. I am very displeased with this transaction with this company
