Peter has been very helpful answering my many questions, he has provided follow up in a timely manner and even sent some some photos to help clarify. I did a lot of research for last minute small group safari and Bookmundi had the best price by far.

Bookmund was a very good experience. Such a good overview over different tour options. Since we booked really late we could hardly find a tour anymore. But Maria was really helpful and managed to find something for us three days before tour start! Thank you so much!!!

Once I made the decision to go, the rest was easy. You will be asked your passport information, so be sure you have it handy. Just follow it along. If a 73 year old can do it, so can you!

I originally booked a tour in Portugal ( I live in Australia) with Bookmundi two years ago. My husband became seriously ill and I had to cancel my tour. Kindly Bookmundi allowed me to keep the deposit. I was able to rebook with them for the same tour and I now depart at the end on April 2025. Peter ( in particular) and his staff have been wonderful in sorting out some issues with the tour company providing the tour. This related to with mix ups with international administration sites across the globe. Peter from Bookmundi office in Denmark answered my emails promptly and sorted all the issues. He provided reassurance and confirmation to relieve my concerns promptly especially when in Australia, I felt a long way for Portugal and Denmark. I am very pleased and grateful of their assistance and waiting eagerly to embark on my tour soon.

The info on the tours they provide is not accurate at all. Before buying the tour, I wrote to them asking about the hotels once I am very allergic. The info they gave me proved to be wrong immediately after I paid and they sent me the instructions. The first hotel was totally different from the one they informed me about, a much, much inferior one naturally. When I noticed the info they sent me was totally misleading, I immediately asked to be reimbursed and they denied.

They have ZERO control on the information they provide, the person answering the emails asked me how I knew the hotel would be different from the one they informed me and I knew based on the information they sent me as soon as I paid. The tour operator proved to me they had the bad hotel planned from the beginning, so the misinformation didn't come from their side, but from Bookmundi.

Worse, the itinerary was wrong as well, the operator changed the itinerary for 2025, but the tours departing in 2024 continued to follow the 2024 itinerary. Nevertheless, Bookmundi publicized and informed me only about the new one, meaning the one not related with the tour I was taking. This trip started on December 28th and I had a New Year's Eve Gala fully prepaid on the city Bookmundi informed me we would be staying. Wrong city. I ended up sleeping during New Years´Eve because it was impossible to find a spot available anywhere in this uninformed city for the celebrations at the last moment. Money lost and a sad welcoming of the New Year.

Bookmundi didn´t answer any of my complaints in a reasonable way. It seems they pretend there is a person answering you by mail but it most probably is a robot instead. They take ZERO responsibility for any information they provide. A nightmare. Better to avoid.

PS - Almost nothing on the bellow explanation from the company is true and I have many, many emails to prove it. Including messages from the tour operator proving them wrong, saying they kept the hotels and the itinerary, that nothing was changed due to availability after the info Bookmundi sent me, so Bookmundi information was wrong from the beginning. I also have a print screen showing they included the word “luxury” on the tour description, word removed soon after I pointed it out.

Even though we have not left for our trip yet, I can tell the quick response to questions, great price, and ideal itinerary has made Bookmundi my new "go to" travel planner. I like their ability to give me freedom to select my local tour choices while securing dependable transportation and lodging. Highly regard their professionalism.

I had never heard of Bookmundi when I stumbled across it whilst trying to plan a family holiday to Sri Lanka. I’ll be honest, I was pretty sceptical about the whole thing. However, I was soon being given lots of itinerary quotes and getting exceptionally timely responses to all my queries. I went back and forth more than a few times to get the perfect holiday that met the needs of my family but we got there in the end. There was a slight issue when it came to paying our deposit - for some inexplicable reason the website would not accept any of our credit cards. But we eventually got it sorted!
I realised literally a day before we flew out that I had given the incorrect flight details for one of my relatives. I wrote to the agent on the Bookmundi platform and within an hour she had confirmed the tour guide was aware and would make another trip to the airport to collect my sister. It was impeccable service.

I have used Bookmundi many times in the past and had a great experience every time. I get a quick and timely response for all my queries. I also like the vast range of itinerary choices they offer. Maria Hall has been especially helpful with my latest trip and visa related documentation.
