It was the knowledge and the easy explanation by Tony which made the experience enjoyable

I recently accompanied my dad when he went for a hearing aid check at Boots Hearing Care, Beverley. Michal, the Hearing Aid Audiologist, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He listened to dad’s concerns and then gave excellent advice about the best type and size of domes for dad to use. He took time to ensure that they were a perfect fit and even offered to exchange a recent order of the wrong sized domes for the correct sized ones. Michal also gave dad useful information about ear care and at a follow up appointment even offered to sync dad’s new phone to his hearing aids. At the end of the appointment, he liaised with a colleague about a problem dad was experiencing with his glasses so that they were able to be looked during the same visit. Michal could not have been more kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend Boots Hearing Care.

Michal Bisz was wonderful from beginning to end. We live in Hull and preferred to travel to Beverley to see him for the fitting. He had covered in Hull and he was so knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and helpful that we wanted to follow him to Beverley. He,S a real asset to your team!

Natalie was very informative, Professional, polite and friendly. She explained my hearing tests results clearly and set out the options if I were to do nothing and leave my hearing for another two years and covered all the choices of new aids with all the advances in technology. I tried the two suggested hearing aids and the difference was amazing, one gets used to gradual loss of hearing and it becomes the norm until one tries the new hearing aids and the improvement is obvious plus my constant Tinnitus appeared to subside after a short period of wearing the new aides. This convinced me to go ahead and purchase two Hearing Aides for the first time. Behind the ear aides are unobtrusive, comfortable and quite covert. Both Michael & Natalie at Boots Opticians, Beverley make one feel very relaxed and there is not a hint of any hard sell at all. Excellent.

My hearing appointment with Natalie was excellent, she spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I was amazed at the sound on the hearing aids she selected for me.
