I copied all the results. Then I made my appointment and went along taking my details with me
Wow. It was very helpful in converting my results into a plan regarding a solution. All was explained very well. Testing my hearing to make sure that all my information was then up to date.
When can I have a hearing aid? I asked.
We can get you sorted out now and you can leave with one.
This was done very nicely.
I was very impressed, pleased that I returned home significantly more comfortable with my hearing than I had been for months.

My first appointment with Boots…
My first appointment with Boots Hearingcare at Dorchester covered testing my current hearing, and describing in detail the key features of the Phonak hearing aid and, most importantly, Boots Hearingcare ongoing service and support. I had no hesitation in ordering two hearing aids. My second appointment focused on fitting the hearing aids and explaining the setup features which differed from my old battery-operated aids. A follow-up appointment in a month’s time has been arranged to check all is well. Already, I feel that the new hearing aids are improving my quality of life! A big thank-you to Boots Hearingcare staff for their friendly, professional response to my needs.

The audiologist was great and I hope my hearing aids are as good predicted.
Everything about my experience with Boots hearing test was fine. I would have given 5 stars but I am waiting nearly 1 month for my product to be made and fitted. Also I felt disappointed that the product I chose was most expensive and the 10% off which applied to other products didn’t apply to me.

A successful consultation.
Sam Ryan was patient and explained everything thoroughly. There was no hard sell but he explained the benefits of the hearing aids that I chose. I was with him for over an hour and came away confident that I had chosen the right aids for me.
