My audiologist was brilliant at every stage.
My audiologist was brilliant, he discussed my hearing with me, explained everything clearly, about the test and subsequent results. He listened carefully to what my desires from hearing aids would be and provided the perfect devices. In fitting and adjusting he explained how they work, how look after them and all the support I would be able to get. I am very pleased with the care and manner of support from start to having my hearing aids, and the additional follow up service, it was just excellent.

Very good overall experience
Very pleased with overall experience and advice. Having been completely deaf in my right ear for 28 years I am now able to hear again thanks to Boots and modern technology with the CROSS system
