Urgent repair needed
Urgent repair needed, travelling abroad for business. Called into store 9th December. Audiology “closed”at w’ends. Left my aid having been advised by another hearing company that the repair was simple and Southport Boots Audiologist should be able to repair it but not Boots!! They have sent my aid away so business trip this Sunday abandoned!!! Shame on you Boots. Next aid elsewhere in fact anywhere but Boots!!! Amazing how all of the reviews are referring to the “purchase” of aids. Not the appalling aftercare or repair if needed and of course no-one answers the phone or mans the reception desk. Wake up Boots, pop into any of the many h-aid dispenser companies near the Southport store to see how it’s done!! Heaven help those of us unfortunate enough to need service/repair over Christmas……..just look at the opening hours for Boots Hearing in Southport. AMAZING…….unbelievable!!

Thorough assessment, diagnostic and solutions.
I can’t thank Boots hearing care enough for the thorough hearing assessment, diagnostics and finding the best solution for my level of hearing loss. The audiologist was patient and knowledgeable.I’m a long time hearing aid wearer and have struggled with NHS aids and so happy to be using the best technology going forward.
