Service was very good an informative by the clinicians.

I have been Prubreet's patient for perhaps eoght years. He has been consistently supportive, has excellent personal relationships and gives sound advice. He is the reason why I continue to use Boots Hearing Care.

Prubpreet has been very professional, efficient and really listened to my hearing needs.
I was very anxious about having hearing aids he reassured me and enabled me to choose the most appropriate hearing device for me.
He has always been kind, compassionate seen me on time and taken the time I needed.
Booked follow up appointment to ensure I was happy with my hearing aids.
He is excellent at what he does and I know if I have any issues with my hearing aids I can receive the help and support I require.
Thank you Prubpreet for enabling me to hear, I feel grateful and appreciative that I can actually hear all the sounds I could not without my hearing aids.
For example I can now hear the birds which is a new sound for me. My hearing aids have opened up my world and I feel more confident in myself as I can hear so much more.

Took my elderly mum to the Wolverhampton store and the whole experience from the start was excellent. The audiologist, Sukhvir Ubhi was really professional, kind and patient and explained everything really well. Would highly recommend all day long.

I attended an annual hearing review appointment at Boots Mander Centre Wolverhampton. I was seen by Prubeet who was very courteous and provided a thorough hearing check and feedback. He changed my hearing filter with recommendations to change every three months. I was very pleased with the service.

I have been visiting Prubpreet at the Wolverhampton branch for many years. He is very knowledgeable and professional and provides thorough explanations regarding the use of my hearing aids. He is also very patient and always willing to answer any questions that I might have.

I've had very good service from Boots Hearingcare in Wolverhampton and especially from the audiologist (Prubpreet). The hearing aids themselves are far superior to the NHS ones I had (as I would expect from the price) but in addition the Prubpreet is much better than those I had through the NHS. He spends time to get to understand the individual's problems of hearing loss on a daily basis and seems genuinely interested in the individual and the products.

My latest annual review with Boots Hearing Care was carried in the usual professional manner I have come to expect from the Wolverhampton store. The Audiologist Prubpreet fully understands the customers needs and the products which Boots sell. From experience the after care service provided is exceptional. No problem encountered from repairs to technical advice is beyond him. I would wholly recommend should need today’s modern Hearing Aids, Boots is the place to go.

I would recommend Boots Hearing Care for any type of hearing loss to my friends and family especially since I have had the satisfaction of a super helpful Audiologist Prubpreet Singh Deora at the Boots Mander Centre branch. I have struggled for the last 10 years with complex and severe to profound hearing loss which has gradually deteriorated over the years, causing me anxiety and stress.
I was recommended a new set of hearing aids by Prubpreet about 8 months ago. Initially, I struggled with the settings, the volume and generally getting use to the hearing aids. Prubpreet has shown to be the most supportive, understanding, compassionate and caring Audiologist. He has always listened to and validated my struggles and concerns, and has made me realise that I have to give myself time to adjust and get used to the new technology within the hearing aids. He has assisted in changing the settings on these new hearing aids to better suit my needs, has shown me the app functionalities and capabilities and has taken the necessary time to ensure I am comfortable with them.
He is an asset to the Boots Hearingcare team.

I can't fault the service I've received. From the first appointment when I chose from an excellent range of products, I was very well looked after by Prubjeet, who explained the pros and cons of each type. When I chose the model I wanted, the moulds were taken and the aids were ready 2 weeks later. They were fitted and set up very carefully and I have been really pleased at how well I can hear now. I've had 2 follow up appointments which have allowed very tiny changes, including one that reduced the wind noise when I'm out walking!! The service provided by Prubjeet has been excellent and I'm really happy with the aids.

Superb customer service. I am so pleased with my new hearing aids. The audiologist, Prubjeet was patient and thorough, right from my initial hearing test, explaining each type of aid for me to choose exactly what I wanted and needed. They were ready in a week, fitted and fine tuned carefully. I have now had 3 follow up appointments, making further adjustments and am really so pleased with them. Nothing has been too much trouble and Prubjeet takes a lot of time and care to make sure I'm comfortable with my aids. I'm told I can make further appointments if I need to, which is very reassuring. Cannot fault the service I've received.
