We hired a mini bus for a hen weekend drop off and pick up. The driver was amazing and didn't mind stopping whenever we asked. Booking was smooth would highly recommend this company amazing from start to finish.

I was on a trip with Bouden coaches July 30 to Aug 2 2026. Qadeer was our driver. The coach was great, very comfortable, phone charging, very clean. Qadeer was extremely professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He chose the best routes so we got to see the beautiful countryside in Somerset and the Cotswolds. We've now used Bouden Coach Travel for three consecutive years to transport our team to and from an annual event we attend in Leeds, and we've had another great experience. Humaira was a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry through to the trip itself, always helpful and quick to respond. Stefan was excellent on the return journey, especially when we needed a last-minute pickup change. Highly recommended.

Amazingly quick and professional service. After our planned travel arrangements (from Birmingham to Newcastle) fell through in the morning of the event, Emily arranged a coach and driver very quickly to ensure our plans had minimal disruption. From start to finish the service provided was excellent.
Booking was easy and all questions answered. A curtesy call was received a few days before travel to ensure everything was covered.
We had a 16 seater mini bus to drive us door to door to Abba Voyage experience, and journey was faultless. Housem our driver was incredible, the weather was horrendous but he got us there and back safe and sound x

I chose Bouden despite cheaper alternatives because there coaches appeared newer and of higher quality. Unfortunately, the service provided fell significantly below an acceptable standard and, more importantly, posed a serious safety risk to passengers.On the day of travel, the coach arrived late, and I had to contact the driver myself to find out where he was. The coach was not clean. But the most serious issue was that the windscreen wipers were not working, despite it raining heavily throughout the day. Due to the faulty wipers, we were forced to stop on the journey to Liverpool. On the return journey, the situation became even more concerning. One of the passengers had to repeatedly get off the coach to wipe the windscreen by hand using tissues. The driver made a phone call during which he argued that the company was already aware the wipers were not working before we were collected. The driver stated that he could not see clearly, yet continued driving with approximately 50 passengers on board. We sugested he should to pull over and get roadside assitance, but he just continued and drove the coach back at around 35 mph on the motorway in heavy rain at night. This was extremely distressing for passengers and, in my view, completely unacceptable. Operating a coach in these conditions, with known faulty safety equipment, represents a serious breach of duty of care. After making a complaint to Bouden I was told that Bouden Coach Travel had subcontracted the hire to another company because no coach was available. I was told the wiper fault was the subcontractor’s responsibility, despite me booking and payment being made directly with Bouden Coach Travel

I came across the company as they sent me a advertisement email. As it happened to be I just needed a coach to take our nursery children on a theatre trip. I cannot fault the experience from the first contact to the actual travel itself. We had to make slight changes to the booking and they were so accommodating. The coach arrived on time and it was clean and tidy, the driver Tee was very understanding and considerate of our younger children's needs. The bonus was we had the driver's number to contact him in case there were delays with the show. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I also found that the sales team were very helpful too. I will be using Bouden again and I highly recommend their services. Thank you again for making our nursery festive trip even more wonderful with your excellent service and making this experience an amazing one for the children!

I booked bodens coach travel to take us on a dancing weekend in Gloucester .The customer sales team were knowledgeable and helpful. The drivers were on time and the coach was clean and comfortable. We would definitely use them again.

We recently travelled with Bouden Coach Travel to Newquay and our driver Dan was absolutely fantastic from the moment he arrived. The coach was spotless, comfortable, and on time for both pick-up and drop-off.

Dan was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the journey nothing was too much trouble. He made everyone feel safe and relaxed, and his driving was smooth even on the longer stretches of the trip.

From start to finish our family day trip to Scarborough in memory of our dad/grandad was perfect.. Marcus our driver was friendly nothing was too much trouble for him.. also the booking process i was well informed by e-mail and phone calls and your prices were the best as we requested a early pick up and a later pick up back..this was the 2nd year booking with them same again next year.

Coaches were subcontracted which is in the contract but failed to inform us of this, subcontracted coaches did not pick up and refused to pick up from our departure and pick up points as per the contract with boudens, we had 3 62 seaters booked, one was only a 54 seater with wheelchair lift again no info on this, had to transport 8 passengers in volunteer cars and refund 1/2 the money they paid. 2ND YEAR IN A ROW BAD SERVICE
