Fabulous high quality professional rebounder! I spent hours researching rebounder trampolines within my budget and am so happy that I decided to buy this one. I messed up my order and the customer service I received was amazing, I can’t praise them highly enough. When my rebounder came it was missing a tiny elastic tie that held one of the legs in when stored away. They sent me one out in the post straight away. Fantastic friendly, prompt and professional customer service and an awesome product. Now I can joyfully bounce away the junk in my trunk….🤣

This has been the most amazing course that I have done, so interactive and I was never confused as to what was asked for me to do.

Amazing day from start to finish! Everyone was so welcoming when I arrived, making me feel part of the team instantly. We touched on some of the theory that had already been completed prior to our training day attendance. This was a great refresher, making sure we were reminded of all the key principles before diving into the training volume choreography notes. Next up was the practical training, which showcased all the technical information and cueing techniques. Blue was absolutely incredible, so knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout the whole day. I am a complete novice to fitness instructing and being able to have a go at instructing the other trainees was an invaluable experience. You leave the day feeling so empowered to continue on the training journey, knowing that the Bounce team are always there to answer questions and ensure you're supported. Such an uplifting day!!

Bed ware is amazing love the instructors Laura & Holly . I had my first class with Holly today was very good & it’s nice how all instructors teach differently so you don’t feel it’s the same workout every time . Classes are so friendly & I can walk in feeling rubbish but come out feeling amazing. ♥️

Attended my first bed class today with Natalie at Ongar and i throughly enjoyed it. Great atmosphere in the class, talking through every move and making the class feel relaxed. Can feel it in the glutes already, will definitely be coming back.

I initially had a frustrating experience regarding the transfer of my Bodyworkshop ticket due to conflicting information. However, I’m happy to say that they have since resolved the issue promptly and professionally. Their customer service team took the right steps to make things right, and I truly appreciate their effort. Thank you for addressing my concerns so efficiently!

It was a really fun and enjoyable day getting a great 6 hour workout with the best instructors.

Only downside this January was there was not much glitz and glamour like there normally is.

The event was enthused but seemed a bit lacking in energy and the normal ((B)) spirit.
Before there were performers and places to mooch and chill as well as other activities going on. Two people on massage, face and hair glitter station, new clothing being sold at discount etc but none of that this time and that’s what made it special. It was nice that it wasn’t as packed but there were empty tramps dotted around so during lunch it seemed flat so felt hard to repick up the energy
It would be great to have Bed and Bike classes at the same time to opt in too and maybe a small Box class in the content room that people could sign up for. It was a shame as some of the classes on are not offered regularly at HQ so although we enjoyed we can’t attend as times are very limited

Pros:
Very friendly and welcoming environment
Instructors helpful and approachable
Great that Tea and coffee is available all day & fruit.
Able to browse and buy at the boutique
The variety of classes are fantastic. It’s good to try out different ones and can go at you own pace
Brilliant atmosphere from the instructors, encouragement is fantastic to keep you going 😀
Lunch is good and very filling which is needed

Cons:
Have been in Sept and Jan. Down side for Jan is there is no where to sit for lunch as there isn’t enough space away from the trampolines inside
Some of the classes ie balance there isn’t enough space around you to fully do them.

Would be good if you could have a session or demos of other classes that we don’t do ie box.

Overall fantastic day and appreciated.

Well organised bounce workshop,second time coming and throughly enjoyed. Always made to feel welcome, great range of products from the shop to purchase on the day. Various free goodies and lunch were delicious. I would say there were too many attendees to be able to complete the balance session to a high level. Otherwise an amazing day,will return and highly recommend to others ☺️

Attended my second ever body workshop and loved the mix of classes. Loved the massage that they provided on the day.

The only thing is thst it's quite expensive. Would love to do the next one but unfortunately priced out of doing all 3 this year.

An incredible day spent exercising. The instructors are so engaging and make the workouts fun. Absolutely loved dancing, laughing and smiling along to each track. Their energy was just so contagious. I also enjoyed being able to try out a variety of classes and have already signed up for the next Bounce Workshop in May. I just wish there were more workshops to sign up for!

Amazing experience. This is the second one I have attended since 2024 and by myself. Everyone is super friendly and lunch is great. Think if they took place in london I would be at every event haha!

It was my first bounce bodyworkshop and I have not done bounce for a a few years! I everyone was so welcoming and supportive encouraging. I had the best time and remembered how much I enjoy a Bounce workout ❤️ I I had a huge sense of achievement afterwards!!

Absolutely love the Bounce Body Workshops. It's an exhausting yet exhilarating experience that is the greatest day for any exercise enthusiasts. You leave pumped full of endorphins and wanting to book the next one.

Body workshop is always so much fun! When I first started at Bounce the girls I bounce with use to brag about workshops so much and mentioned that you would have face painters or glitter artist people sometimes which they absolutely loved! I've been to 2 workshops so far and haven't seen this yet but really hope to see this in the future! The massages are an amazing touch, the boutique is always too tempting to not buy from! I always leave with new purchases! Absolutely love the workshops and cannot wait for May!

It’s the fourth time I’ve been to a body workshop and I keep coming back because it’s just brilliant! The atmosphere, the people, the ((BOUNCE)) team, the music. I could go on. Oh yeah, the fantastic full body workout - it’s so much fun, you almost forget you are exercising. Almost! 😅 Super addictive, I’ll be back again!

This was my first bounce workshop I attended with my auntie, as soon as you walk through the door the welcome was just so warm, everyone had smiles on their faces and instantly felt at home. Having never done a bounce class before as well as a workshop I was slightly apprehensive but I can honestly say I had the best time felt extremely looked after the food was amazing and I even came away with a few new items for my wardrobe. Cannot wait to come back in May.

Loved the BodyWork shop, energy and atmosphere was great. Would do it again.

I would have preferred less focus on social media - a little bit is fine but there was a quite a lot of it.

Also sometimes the instructors talked over the exercises which made it fun but could make it hard to follow.

Overall I highly recommend it.
