What was the problem with my order and when I called you said to call back during business hours but didn't say what those hours are.

Easy to follow instructions, website is detailed, simple to checkout and review before submitting order. It took 10 min!

Bowflex has seriously gone down the drain since I last purchased a machine from them in 2019. I bought the Max Total 16 Elliptical in November 2025. It made a loud knocking sound, customer service sends over a replacement in December, I put it together, and it turns out one of the arms supplied with the replacement machine was not for this machine, it did not fit properly. I contacted them again, provided photos and videos, they apologized and said they would send me the correct part..in 4 months!

Since purchase in November 2025, my elliptical has been sitting there collecting dust for 4 months, and it will be another 2 months before I get the correct part to use it. Absolutely atrocious. At first they claimed they would offer a $200 credit for the inconvenience, I accept, and then they say "nah sorry, we did a price adjustment for you when your machine went on sale a few days after you purchased it, so you know what, we'll give you a 6 month subscription to JRNY instead." I don't want your subscription for a machine that I cant even use. Why would I even subscribe to you willingly after this entire experience? I'd like the credit that you said you'd provide me.

I have a $3000 paperweight sitting in my room. I've repeatedly requested a call back so I can talk to someone and they never follow through. This has been going on for 3 months now. It's been an absolute nightmare to deal with them, all calls are routed to a call centre in the Philippines and they are useless/powerless to do anything. You cannot get anyone state side on the phone. The team that can actually do something (warranty/fulfillment team) responds to emails once every two weeks and its the most useless responses that require additional replies and followups. It's been a month since their last email response, even after repeated email followups during that time!

Stay away from this company, whatever good grace they had has disappeared. So far this experience has turned me away from ever buying another product from them again (I have purchased 4 of their exercise machines/equipment up to this point)

Expeditiously delivered and pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the equipment.

The rep that I purchased from was great and extremely helpful. The three reps prior to him including two from who knows what country, that could not speak English properly and knew nothing about the products and were useless as they passed me around from one rep to another were both frustrating and a total waste of my time.

Wanted to order a matt and a replacement part the part was $19.99 and shipping was $26.00 and i could not combine order with matt that was $99.00 and qualified for free shipping. Talked to several people on 3 occasions and there was such a language barrier that nothing could be done or they did not understand what i wanted to do simply combine two orders to qualify for free shipping!!!!

Information was well presented. Blowflex has a good reputation. And ordering was smooth. Now just waiting for delivery, and to try out the machine. Thank you

Machine arrived paid for white glove service. Part is missing. Called customer support and received a ticket number. No emails or calls since.

This was a gift for my son so he did the hard part. He picked the equipment that he wanted. All I had to do was pay for it. Some places put you through hoops but this was easy peasy. Also, shipping was so fast. 2 days and he had them and he is thrilled!! Oh! Did I mention free shipping???

Terrible company. The dumbbell recall could not have been handled any worse. Recall indicated $60 voucher for older dumbbells. Received $20 credit for dumbbells that I paid $300. Waited 2 months for this BS credit.

Bowflex will scam you with recalls. Had to buy these AGAIN after Bowflex did a recall and only gave a $95 voucher for a $400+ product. Originally purchased less than 2-years ago.

received product as promised all parts was shipped easy to assembly seems to work very well so far but it's only been one week but we do like it plan on using it every day
