I have contacted via email and phone but no response.

Would suggest others not to purchase from this company. If in doubt, try call them first and see if they answer.

I was very impressed with the website to start off with as I'm not tech savvy and don't like tech to be honest. I knew what I wanted and found it on the site with the minimum of fuss. Very happy with the product and the price too.

Because my phone has been arrived, very quick and I am happy about that and for me is phone good and good price.

You dont answer your phone, your chat doesnt work, you dont return calls when a message is left and you dont reply to e mails. Set of jokers, would not buy a box of smarties of you lot. hope you go out of business soon.

Zero customer service, they have my money, not even sure I will get my phone, definitely one to avoid.
Tell you there is a live chat, there isn't, never answer the phone and never reply to e mails. Do not buy anything from these cowboys.

Just remember, that anyone having an interest in this site, can also write as many "fake" positive reports as he wishes. This is a very legitimate scam site, making it look very real, yet, once they have your money, they laugh al the way to the bank, and that's the end of your order. If you're still considering to order from this site, please first call the toll free number, they post as supposedly being their contact number, and you will be convince of these scammers. Everything of this site is fake, including all the positive reviews.

Hello, I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner from BoxedUp Tech.com. I received the initial order confirmation, then a email that says it would be delayed. And now they never reply with any updates. Their online chat in the website is a joke, no one every replied to me there. Also their phone number on their website is a false number and directs to an Apartment Company. Suspicious. I just want a refund, or to get in contact with them. I ordered from Boxed Up Tech.com, and they claimed to be located in Quebec.

Yet another rip off. Not sure how other “reviews” are but these guys stole my money and have now stopped answering any emails. The CC charge went to Boites en Motion Inc and the phone number is 8196655231. Message has some non understandable guy. The address has no visible sign for boxed up tech. Fake reviews and fake business. Should have known. Thieves.

Yes I ordered a e scooter that one gt superscooter that's on a great deal right now I placed order on the 26th of September and they said there is a delay and I would be informed when it's processed and ready to be shipped so they took my money and now every time I send an email to the site nothing no response nothing at all for over a week now for everyone that checks these comments mine is real I'm not a fake that rights good reviews to save a company's ass I'm reporting this trying to start a court case too. Total scam!!!!

Ordered a ninja creamie Sept 7 2023 was told I would have within 10-14 days and I'd be updated they done respond no doesn't exist for them and they ghosted me I will not recommend this company in fact they are committing fraud by promising a product they habe no intention of delivering clearly and I want my money back now I have to fight with my visa to get it back that's gonna be a fight

Like the review below, ordered a phone on February 13th and money taken. Have had no response within a week (emails or calls). What's going on? Can't recommend! If I'd seen the review below would NOT have ordered.

(Order #198323) On February 13, 2022 ordered new A41 and got usual automatic confirmation emails from BoxedTech and PayPal but no phone has been delivered now SEVEN days later !!!! no replies to any of my emails or phone calls tried contacting them many times and they haven't even got the respect to send even just one single email to me to explain why the phone has not been sent avoid avoid avoid scam company

Bought from Amazon a Samsung S21 and a Samsung smart watch during the Samsung Summer Cashback, the more you buy, the more you claim. The only reason in have bought them was as they were advertised part of Samsung s summer cashback promotion. Was supposed to get £70 cashback for the watch and £150 for the phone. After receiving them, made the claim. The watch claim has been accepted by the amazon seller as it should've.

Problem comes with Boxed Tech, which denied the cash back, with the following message:

" The cashback is only available if sold by 'Amazon only' however our pricing should be as cheap as the Amazon supplied item without having to do any claims.
BoxedTech Ltd "

Above I copied Boxed techs answer. This is wrong, the phone was advertised with the summer cash back offer, but Boxed tech don't care. Their opinion is that their pricing "should be as cheap as the Amazon supplied item without having to do any claims". We'll, it ain't, they costed me £150 because they didn't respected the advertised promotion and they are just a bad company to deal with really based on the above. So my review "should" not affect them, but one star is too much. I don't normally have time to leave reviews, and even when I'm severely disappointed with something I still don't leave a bad review. But this Amazon seller is bad enough to make me lose time over the review.

Bought hawaii media tablet off amazon with this company. Not happy paid £114 and there is only half the screen shown up the other half is black. I was under the impression this is a new item unused but there is apps on it when i turned it on that were personal. Whats going on guys why have i been giving a tablet that ovisly been used and not new and not working. My daughter is devistated as it was for her birthday. Would not recommend. And had no reponse on amazon from the company

Ordered samsung note 20 ultra was cancelled without any reason payment taken been a week since cancelled but no refund yet! Can not get through the phone or website. No reply to email.

I can’t make contact with BoxedTech regarding a Motorola G8 Plus phone purchased in March 2020 which now appears to have ‘broken teeth’ in the charger port and can’t recharge.
Can you help?

Ordered a Samsung A41 which promptly arrived and works without problem. Was not told in advance that this would be a European import with box seal broken to install UK firmware and a new seal applied stating that Samsung have been informed. When I called the phone rang out both times and apparently my subsequent email was not received. Boxedtech website has a holding page with a countdown timer saying "something is happening". Since first posting this review Boxedtech have apologised and confirmed that their imported Samsung phones carry the full Samsung 2 year warranty and that their on-line presence will return late Feb. Although the phone is fine, I can't really upgrade my rating because BoxedTech's URL points to a nameless holding site with no contact or other information, leaving customers high and dry. We have since purchased 2 more phones from elsewhere, simply because of the lack of contact. Boxedtech, you could have 3 stars if you only had an email contact address and phone number on your website! I'll give you one more star for confirming warranty etc.
