Great price and buying experience
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Lite at boxed tech and the item was delivered in a timely manner and exactly as specified, inside the box and sealed. I was very pleased with the experience and will certainly buy again from them in the future!

The item was delivered earlier than…
The item was delivered earlier than expected ,which was a plus since I was at home when the courier arrived. Learnt a think or two about Samsung galaxy S10 Dual-SIM mobiles as well. I was unaware that the supplier needs to change the firmware for use in the UK.
My first time purchasing from BoxTech and "so far; so good".

Needed a new phone, never heard of the company before but done some research and decided all was OK. I had a question on the item for delivery and through the Christmas holidays they got back to me very quickly. I would buy from these again. Very happy with my purchase!

Samsung A41
Ordered a new phone, price was excellent and was received very quickly, so can not fault the service in that respect. The only slight negative was that the phone was received with a label saying that it was previously for the non UK market and had been opened, the 2 pin charger had been replaced by a UK 3 pin charger and the firmware on the phone updated. Not an issue as I had half expected this when researching other sites with similar prices, perhaps a suggestion that this is made clear on your website.

Delivery wasn't next day as I ordered after Christmas cutoff time, but I was very professionally and kindly sent an email saying because it had past the cut off time I wouldn't receive my order until 30th December, and that I had the option to cancel the order if I wanted!
Order arrived on 30th as promised. Happy customer :)
