I instructed B P Collins (Kathryn Fielder in the employment team) on a settlement agreement at very short notice, with a deadline only days away. From the first call the advice was clear, honest and practical: outlining precisely where I stood, what was and was not worth pursuing. Nothing was oversold, and the reasoning was always explained so I could make my own decisions.

Every email was answered quickly, often the same day, and the pace never slipped even in a busy period. On fees they were transparent throughout: an estimate up front that was treated as a cap, and a final bill that came in under it, with time voluntarily written off at the end.

The matter concluded with me in a genuinely better position than where I started. I would recommend Kathryn and the team without hesitation.

Please please please avoid using this solicitors at all costs.

After losing our mother we had this firm look after the Will. Instead of it being a smooth and painless process it was nothing short of heart wrenching sad and exhausting. They had no idea on how to show sympathy or compassion on something that’s so personal. I’m still trying to deal with the whole process as to what we as a family had to endure. BP Collins also left a reply saying to ask this to be looked at which they did but yet again with an absolute lack of interest understanding or empathy. Honestly I can’t stress enough on how much this firm should be avoided. Nothing short of being treated like you don’t even exist and are something on the sole of there shoe.
