The service was very slow and expensive. On calls and in email exchange, things often moved at a snail pace, so I didnt feel like I was valued. Based on my experience, I wouldnt use them again.

Really expensive and slow service do not use

Zara and Michaela were absolutely incredible and so supportive throughout both the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house.

Their communication was brilliant, they followed up on so many things to keep everything moving, and they provided excellent advice whenever we needed it. They went above and beyond to help make what can be a very stressful process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Blaser Mills represented me in the sale of my property. They were excellent in their speed of response in responding to all documents received and to my queries and were a pleasure to deal with. I had previously used them in the purchase of a property and in both instances the quality of advice was good and I consider their service was good value for money. I also thought that the arrangements for cover when my solicitor was on annual leave were excellent and left a feeling of reassurance of continuing client care.

5* and superb prompt service for the conveyancing process - but only 1* for the accounts payable and completion service. Chain completed all cash transfers by 1:30pm - then took until 4:15pm and two phone calls for the Blaser Mills completion team to transfer our sale proceeds which did not show up in our bank account until 4:55pm - too late on a Friday to then transfer our funds to a higher interest savings account….
