Bradford Bathroom Company Reviews

When ordering various bathroom items I had difficulty obtaining a non slip shower tray. I called the sales number and spoke to Sam who very kindly sent me links to help. I ordered a shower tray, spray and toilet. They were all delivered as promised and on time. However, when we checked we thought that the shower tray waste was missing. I contacted Bradford Bathrooms and spoke to George who could not have been more helpful as the waste had in fact not been sent. We were taking the goods to the north of Scotland the following day so he very kindly arranged for a courier delivery to there to arrive in 48 hours. It worked perfectly. Excellent service.

Nice tap at a competitive price.
A delivery query was answered quickly.

I ordered a new Vitra toilet seat from them. I spoke to a very helpful chap, who sorted it out & told me that I would receive it by Friday of that week. Friday came and so did the toilet seat, great service. I opened the packaging and went to fit it, as its a straight swap for our current one. It was only when I took our old seat off that I noticed it was slightly different shape to our current seat. I contacted the company again and spoke to George. He immediately put my mind at rest, extremely helpful and ordered me the actual seat that I wanted. He told me he would send a courier out with a replacement as I was to package the one we had and the courier would collect the incorrect seat. I had to pay for the replacement & he said they would credit me for the first seat once its returned to them. Great service. I would definitely recommend this company & will certainly use it again.

Bradford Bathrooms provided a seamless service from start to finish. Reasonably priced, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Competitive price & quick delivery. Would use again

Good advice from the online chat. Got what I needed (replacement heritage toilet seat hinge). Arrived quickly. Genuine high quality product. Best price.

Prompt attention and good communications.

Product arrived well packaged and exactly as described.

Product when it arrived was excellent. Bradford Bathrooms seem able to supply stuff no-one else sells. Only critical thing - their courier let them down. Three attempts to deliver to the wrong address just 100m away meant it took a week to get to me after I had to sort out what was going on.

Product as described, good quality and arrived on time

Tavistock Comfort Height Concealed Cistern TR9008 The goods were as described, with prompt delivery.

Excellent service. I have used this company on a number of occasions and don’t even look elsewhere now. I am always happy with the price and service I receive. 😊

Easy to understand website, followed by quick delivery.

Quick delivery, great price and very helpful customer service when I needed to make a change to my order.

I ordered a cistern and it cane as ordered and on time.

I ordered three sets of new hinges to replace the old broken ones on our toilets’ seats.
The hinges arrived the next day and fitting them was straightforward as they were direct replacements.

Found the part I needed easily, ordered easily, item arrived as stated, although not an exact replacement I was able to fit it anyway so all good!
