Bradford Bathroom Company Reviews

Great choice of products at competitive prices. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the toilet seat I purchased however it was speedily replaced at no cost to me without the slightest quibble. Good people to do business with.

I bought 2 cloakroom taps from this company excellent service and quick on delivery

Quick & reliable service 👍
Order few things online , spoke to customer care service to deliver next day & as promised they delivered…

Excellent service. Good value quality products and hassle free quick delivery. 5*

Excellent quality bathroom suite, picked up the day after ordering and helped into the van. Many thanks!

We had shopped at the Bradford Bathroom Company for a couple of items (a Belfast Sink and a Kitchen mixer tap). The mixer tap had a 5 year guarantee and, 4 years after purchase, it began leaking from the base of the spout. I contacted BBC and was told that the seals are only covered by a 1 year guarantee (I didn't see that anywhere on their site, just huge letters saying it was a 5 year guarantee). They then gave me a phone number which was supposed to be for the manufacturer which wasn't a good number (disconnected) and when I replied back to BBC, I haven't had a response back in two weeks. In summary, they sell nice items but customer service isn't great.

Great service, quick delivery and really friendly, helpful staff at the end of the phone.

Brilliant service. Item was damaged on arrival. They rectified it straight away

Ordered shower bath, was told delivery date when stock would come in but fortunately received 2 weeks earlier. Excellent delivery and received in perfect condition. With Bradford BC you can speak to nice people on the phone, not an option with Victorian Plumbing who I ordered off a few months earlier and received broken shower cubicle and who you can’t phone to resolve!
Would definitely use Bradford again.

I was very glad to be able to have support by telephone from the customer sales department and when my call was transferred I was given helpful advice by the technical adviser. The purchase and delivery process was very efficient. The prices for the products I purchased were competitive.

Excellent service, good price and quick delivery

Best price I could find for the tap I wanted. Very pleased with the end to end customer experience.

Prompt delivery, well packed.

Excellent Speedy Service from a knowledgeable company

l rang the Bradford Bathroom Company for some advice and they were very helpful,so l placed an order and it was delivered within five days.

Excellent communication throughout the purchase and delivery.

Excellent service speedy delivery. On delivery asked that we check the sink. Hood price too. As so many things now delivery charge I felt a bit pricy. Guess almost everyone charges now and those that don’t put it on the price

Having had previous problems getting a quality replacement toilet seat to fit, I found a Roper Rhodes one that looked promising on the Bradford Bathroom Company site. I contacted the company as I wasn't clear whether this seat would fit. I was given advice on exactly how to measure my pan, and the Service Manager, Tom Gasson offered to help further if I could send a photo along with the measurements, which I did straight away at 5 p.m. At 9 am I found the helpful reply from Tom which enabled me to order straight away. I had a follow-up 'Thank you ' email from for my order, and though they normally deliver within 3-4 working days he promised to send it for next day delivery, as he could see from the photo that I had no seat at all.
I thought this was first class service, and Bradford Bathroom Company will be my 'go-to' company for all bathroom and sanitary ware in future.

I am pleasantly surprised by the good quality and low price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Order arrived within 48 hours. I highly recommend Bradford Bathroom Company.
