Great and easy to use for school photos love that you now do a tailored pack really helps when ordering my twins photos

This has been the worst company for school pics I've had and they did both my childrens school . You don't get the mounts included like you do at other companies and you can't add multiple pictures to one basket to save on postage because they are at different school but it's the same company for God's sake !!! Expensive and not helpful hoping the school don't use this company again

Nice photos, taken and printed, but the pack sizes are unnecessarily big all I need is 3 pic!
But then there are 3 sets so that is 9 pic, so I need to order 9 at £19+ each or 8 x 3 @£23.
Lot of waste

The cost of the packs and prints is unnecessarily high. And the pictures don't come with mounts. The cost of the digital print is extortionate. I'm not sure why the nursery uses this company. They're a total rip off.

Awful first picture of my child starting school in reception class. As others have said feels like the photo isn’t even my child it’s awful. Very upset when all you want is a nice photo of your child’s first year within school.

Easy to order,but would be better if the package come with mount!

I had to pay for the mounts separately and to top it off the 4x5 photos u can’t even purchase a mount for absolutely disgusting for the price

Overpriced, profiteering. A captive audience so they can just charge what they want. There's no way photos should be this expensive.

Overpriced, half ass editing. Priced that way only cause they have exclusive deal with the school. Twice as expensive as going to go private photographer. Appaling

Extremely misleading information on the pack. £5 for a digital print jumps to £19 online. Hugely overpriced operation. Might open a spite store in protest.

The worst school photos I have ever had, the images are completely dull, only one option sent to pick from when in previous years multiple images were sent to choose from, over priced and completely rubbish! Multiple parents have complained to the school.

£19 for a single school photo digital download...it was impossible to see how poor the photo was until after I paid for it. My daughter's pose looks completely unnatural and her hair is all over the place, ok...stuff like this happens, but it gets worse. Some appalling editing has distorted her face shape so it freakishly curves in and out like a reflection in a funhouse mirror. I'm no pro but I've resorted to editing the image myself to make her look human again. What a rip-off!!
Furthermore, whoever did the website needs to ask someone literate to proofread the copy because it's littered with errors, apostrophes splattered at random! Utterly unprofessional all round.

Lovely photos

The blue backdrop looks a bit sad and old fashioned. Could the kids stand in front of some greenery or in their classroom?
It's too expensive. I just want one post card size print and it's £19!
Paying extra for mount is also a downside.

Our school has used this company for a few years now and they have always had packages that include mounted photos (just a cardboard mount). However this year they are expecting customers to pay separately for the mounts, on top of the package price! The photos are expensive enough, especially for families with more than one child at the school. This is a bit of a cheek! Really not impressed!!

They are lovely photographs but I think the posed pictures aren't great. I'd much prefer them not to pose, but luckily this year they don't look that bad! Thank you.

Very expensive photos and poor website. Photographer seems to have made NO effort to relax kids.

Lovely first school photo a few months ago, however, this time around unfortunately my child had food on his face. Not the photographers fault, ideally something school could have helped with, but for this reason I only wanted 1 photo as a keepsake. £19 for one 8 by 10, no cheaper options available. I would have been happy with a smaller print.
