Not happy with my siblings photos that were taken. They seemed a bit stunned in the photo although the individual ones were not as bad. The quality was not as good as previous company that the school has used.

Easy ordering of the digital school photo, I prefer to be able to print them myself and a nice photo this year

Disgusting service
I've got 3 children eldest being 16 so had quite a few school photos through the years!
Just received my daughters photos back and this may sound nasty to my daughter but it looks nothing like her! She looks like a troll! She's a beautiful girl but the photo does not perceive it!
Her skin tone looks grey and quite dark like she's stood under a shadow
She's not even in the middle of the picture either !
There's no love gone into her picture at all!
Greed! Pure greed!
These were for family to give out as gifts
Now don't have anything to give
Disgraceful!

Our whole family and especially grandparents were looking forward to pictures of our daughter at the beginning of her school in reception class, so you can't imagine what our disappointment was when we got an example of this photo.
Please do not get me wrong, it is not about money, but about capturing this unique moment in a child's life when they start school.
The picture is awful !! no one has taken care of her hair lying sideways, or her face or her uniform looking like she's just getting up from the bed.
we are very disappointed and would like to ask that maybe more experienced or more sensitive photographers go to school in the future.
However, our daughter will no longer have a photo of her reception class. shame.

I have 2 children in the same school and 3 photo’s Braiswick have taken. One each of the kids and one together. I asked if I could get a discount as £57 was pretty extortionate for 3 digital downloads and the offer they came back with was 10% off if I purchased the 3 digital downloads with the 10% being refunded back into my account. I asked if they could throw in the third digital download for free as purchasing 2 was still £38 but I was shut down and said no that was the only offer. They really are over priced and am very disappointed they don’t offer a reasonable discount for having multiple kids especially in the climate we’re all in now. I really hope the parents boycott this company and they are forced to lower their ridiculous prices.

overall I had a bad experience with them... the picture were not bad itself but waited 2months to be delivered to me, when I finally received, it it came without the frame I paid for. they added the frame later (when I complained AGAIN to school), to put the picture in the frame myself, which was nit easy as the frame had only opening on side and it was the " slide in" type frame. picture could easily be damaged. it turned out to be a cheap cardboard frame with not even a hanger to put it up on the wall?!!! Very overpriced for such a poor quality and service. Not a chance I'm buying from them again!! I will be contacting school to make sure they're not serving our school next year.

So disappointed by my sons first school photo. I can not believe they thought the photo was acceptable. I understand they have many photos to take but my son had a turtle mouth. So disappointed. Feel like I have to purchase as how can I not, it being his first.

Awful photography skills and equally awful customer service. Was appalled at the quality of my sons first reception school photo as he was left with a long piece of hair draped over his face which would of taken a second to push aside. Emailed to complain and they edited it out but placed the watermark over the edit so I couldn’t see, obviously on purpose. Then tried to tell me I would be charged extra to purchase this due to late fees when their incompetence was the reason for the delay. I ended up not purchasing the photo as a result of all of this. AVOID. I hope my sons school change their provider, as well as all of the other schools as many seem to be extremely disappointed.

Poor lighting = poor result! Shadows cast down my daughter's face from her glasses. Same happened to my eldest daughter with Kittle Photographic. Even if they weren't wearing glasses the skin tone is so dull. There seems no consequence for the photographer or company as they know they're bound to still rake in the orders as parents are left with two choices: a keepsake capturing their child at this moment in their lives or...nothing. And those parents who are displeased are of little consequence to the company.

Please improve the user experience of the "create account" and "checkout" pages. I've just spend 30 minutes on something that I usually do in 5 minutes on other websites. It was impossible to create an account on my iPhone, had to do this on my computer. If you install a visual feedback tool on your website like Hotjar, you will see many users giving up on purchasing because of those 2 pages. Hope you don't mind about the tip. I'm sure the pictures are good but it is frustrating to spend a lot of time purchasing something.
