Summary what happened:
On 4/09/20 I placed the order, on the Brandfield website it is specifically written that orders are shipped the same day, also on the Brandfield website it is written that the delivery will take place from 2 to 5 business days, so I was expecting delivery TO MAXIMUM on 11/09/20 (and I did not include Friday, although in reality I should have, in my opinion).
The late evening of the day 10/09/20 I decided to contact you to understand the situation and what was the reason for the delay. You did not answer me for the whole following day.
On 12/09/20 ONLY FOLLOWING my negative review on Trustpilot, you reply that you would have investigated the matter by asking the carrier.
After less than 20 minutes you inform me that the courier claims to be still on time, which is not true from my point of view, it says that it takes 6 days, and YOU declare 5 (maybe you should communicate better with each other), it also says that I I should look at the tracking, which I told you not to be updated since September 8th.
And click on the "View More Tracking" button which NEVER worked for additional information.
Today is September 15th, nothing is arrived jet, so I hope the courier does not have the courage to say that he is not late, I have paid and have not received anything. How do we resolve the situation? Should I contact a lawyer? Are you a scammer? Because I'm sorry to say but this makes me think. This was the worst online shopping experience ever.
I await news quickly before contacting the competent authorities.

I asked for a refund.
