While there are so many businesses that are advertised through Facebook that are scam sites, Brandhouse Direct is definitely not one of them. This is a genuine company, Australian based and provides excellent quality shoes from world known and excellent brands.
Delivery is very prompt. The quality of the shoes cannot be questioned. These are testament to a great and genuine business brand. This is not the first time I have dealt with them, and I will definitely be buying through them again. Such a relief to find a genuine, quality business.

Unfortunately very bad experience when ordering some shoes. They sent the wrong color, and refused to make the refund because they argued this is the right one. Very bad customer service.

Good products, high variety of brands, fast delivery and good prices

We needed some orthopedic shoes urgently for work and damaged feet. We could have bought them a lot cheaper from elsewhere but did not want to wait 2 weeks. We paid $40 extra to purchase them from Brand direct. It has been 8 days and not even a notification the item has even been picked for sending. They are middle men who obviously ordered from the original company. Cut out the middle man and order direct from the real company because this is all they do. Slack.
