Absolute chaos. Feels like a bargain-bin warehouse full of unknown brands. Sales staff swarm you the second you walk in, all pushy energy. Nothing feels trustworthy or organized. Hard pass—I won’t be coming back.

Compré una nevera un Sábado. Delivery set up para el siguiente Martes. Paso Martes. Miércoles. Jueves. Nos dijeron q el Viernes entre 3 y 6pm. Mandaron texto a las 5 que en media hora llegaban. 6.15 pm nada. Llamamos a servicio al cliente, la persona q contesta nos dicen no esperen el delivery porque la nevera está en Backorder.
Uno llama a la tienda y le dicen. Pero si tenemos 3 en stock.
No compren en Brandsmart. Q mal servicio que prestan. Para vender ahí están. Pero para asistirlo a uno. No existe nadie

I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to poor communication, scheduling failures, and lack of proper documentation.

I scheduled a repair well in advance and clearly communicated that Fridays were the only available days due to tenant availability. The company confirmed a Friday appointment, and I have emails and text messages showing the job was scheduled for the 19th. I also submitted payment in advance for the final job based on this confirmation.

The day before the appointment, the technician called and mentioned the job required two people, which had never been communicated to me. On the scheduled day, I was then told they could not come because a second technician was never assigned. I was also incorrectly told by the company that the job had been scheduled for a different date, which contradicted their own written confirmations.

In addition, despite being charged, I have still not received a written diagnostic, receipt, or invoice outlining the services or charges. This lack of documentation, combined with the scheduling issues, has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

As a result, my tenant took time off work unnecessarily, and the repair has now been delayed weeks due to the company’s internal staffing issues. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and organization.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Ordered a television for a Christmas gift on December 1. The following day, it said that it shipped and provided a FedEx tracking number. Two weeks later, there was no shipping update from FedEx and all it said on the FedEx website was that a shipping label was created, but it has not been picked up. After at least 10 phone calls to their customer service, they still had no answer in terms of whether they had the item still or if it was already shipped and in FedEx possession. Despite my consistent claims that FedEx never picked up the package, Brandsmart constantly blamed FedEx for the delay. I was constantly told that I would get a callback from a supervisor or get an email in terms of the progress but I never did get a phone call or email. On December 18 I called again to find out if there was an update. The customer service lady read back to me the last notes, which stated, please provide this customer with an update or he will keep calling. The customer service representative then walked over to her supervisor, which was never done before. After being placed on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes, she came back and stated that they were just gonna refund the order. When I asked why wouldn’t they just send the item, she said she didn’t know and she didn’t ask him that. She would not go back to the supervisor to ask if they would ship the item and stated that they would just refund my money. My guess is they were tired of my calls asking about the order and just wanted to give me back the money that I paid and have me stop calling. The only thing that was on time from Brandsmart was how quickly they charged my credit card for the purchase.

I ordered a TV from Amazon and I’m getting the item within three days. I let the customer service representative know that and told her that they don’t have to worry about any calls from me nor any future purchases. Poor customer service and no follow-through. They do, however, blast you with emails every day.

I went to the commercial Bvld store looking for a Refrigerator, when Kumar (employee) showed up to help me. I can tell that after I looked a few of them, he got me a great explanation but it, and found the best affordable with a good price. He was very friendly and patient, which I really appreciated. definitely I recommend him to anyone, as well as Ir Iadienne. I just want to say thanks so much for your gentle care. This was a unforgettable experience.

When I say BrandsMart customer service is despicable. BrandsMart has to do better. I’ll do without before I buy anything from them ever again. On line ordering and delivery, is even worse..

The absolute worst, most rude customer service I have ever received. I have purchased my first and last item from this disaster of a retail store. I will gladly spend more money somewhere else than give BrandsMart another dime.

Got the best fridge I was looking for for the lowest price I could get.

I have been shopping at this store (BrandsMart in Dania Pointe) for quite some time, and I am sad to say that I'll be switching to a different location very soon. When I asked the salespeople for help and advice about the sort of fridge that would not clash with the historically problematic electrical system I have to deal with, I was sarcastically ridiculed and mocked for not being well-versed in electrical systems. After they eventually directed me to a fridge I was assured would be perfectly suited to my needs, I bought it and called someone in to help set things up. Not one, not two, but three separate experts (and my son, who is quite good with electronics) all told me that it was not possible to connect such-and-such a cable to such-and-such a port and that unless I wanted to have a (very expensive) process done, it was in my best interest to have the fridge returned. Customer service here was absolutely abysmal, and I will never shop here again.

I order online a JVC TVClass LED HD 4K Roku Smart TV, UPS delivered a JVC TV LT-32mar205 DD 32 LED ROku, one tv has nothing to do we the other; i had a hard time explain to the people in the store that both tv are very different, the tv dept manager was called and told me that was a misspelling on the tv models. No apology or anything, i wasted over 1 hour, i was like running obstacle race course, Very unpleasant experience. The lady at the return dept. (assuming she is the manager) was the only helpful person. In top of that the computers were down they were unable to get my money back or credited to PayPal (I paid we PayPal) and end the a gift card.

The company falsified rebate promo. I am getting the runaround trying to cancel merchandise that I don’t want that’s been on back order over a month. Customer Service is none existent. I will never buy anything else from this company.

Not even entitled a star. Think twice before buying from BrandsMart. They are a win win store. They sold useless items that will be a junk just right after 30 days period of purchased for No Return policy. And they have this looked down on ppl staff that hesitate to sell their products to you. Will never buy anything from them again.

I just moved to FL and needed new appliances, decided to try this store, after making purchase on Sunday I was told that they will deliver on Monday, on Monday I was waiting for the delivery all day and around 2 pm no one called or txted me, so I decided to call the store,to only find out that my order was never put in the system to be delivered on Monday, and next available delivery is not available till next Friday, so of course I decided to cancel my order and go with a different store, after 1 week not receiving my money, I went to the store to get MY MONEY back, and non of the 6-7 employees didn’t know how to return money to my card, only manager knew, so when I asked to speak to the manager, no one could find him/her for 2 hrs, and her/his phone was off, while in the store I called customer service to their main office to ask them to do something, they insure me that it’s impossible that Manager is not in the store, so I offer her to call this store and confirm while I was literally standing in from of customer service, so the lady put me on
Hold and called the store, then the girl confirms that they can’t find a manager for 2 hrs, and the lady from customer service just hangs up on me, after 2 hrs of no answer I left the store, so the next day I called their corp office and the lady confirm that still no one refunded money, and she will do it today, well it’s been a week after that and still no money so I called today again to corp office, and the lady said she cant see what is going on because their system is not working, so at this point I gave up with this store and I’m just going to call my bank and report FRaud.

I purchased a JBL 9.1 online from Brandsmart and had it shipped to Ohio. It arrived in a timely fashion and was in perfect condition. They were selling this new soundbar for about the same price as a used. I’m completely satisfied and received a super discounted price

I want to alert others in regards to this company extended warrantee they sell. BE CAREFUL! they don't have the technician's qualified to help or fix the machine they sell! After just one year our combo washer/dryer machine broke down and we went though hell with BrandsMart's customer service. 6 weeks after waiting for appointments and going back and forth with them, we have to paid out of our own pockets to fix the machine! Horrible customer service at all levels, i contacted the manager via email and never received an reply, technicians doesn't know how to fix the machines, they don't have enough technicians, etc...In other words do not buy from this people you will lose your money!

Just bought my fourth Samsung TV from BrandsMart who offers some amazing TV deals. Their sales are hard to beat, and the extended warranty options give great peace of mind. Highly recommend for TV / electronics!
