Joseph was excellent in resolving an out of stock situation with a creative inventory solution on a different model washer/dryer to get what we needed. We had a bad experience with 19 days delayed and nothing shipping before this.

Had to buy new range. So I ended up up buying range micro and dishwasher. Clague vilbrun. Waited on me he was very nice and efficient. I highly recommend him.

I was helped by Marelys Salinas with my online purchase of 4 Samsung TVs and she was very helpful and attentive.

She is very kind and professional and helped me out quickly. I will be definitely reaching out to her again, as we are a property management and a loyal buyer of Brandsmart so it is great to have someone like her to assist us.

I had a wonderful experience with Marelys Salinas! The service went completely above and beyond, and the cash-out process was amazingly quick and painless. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with your employee, Keyon Barr, and recognize him for the exceptional customer service he provided.

I recently placed an order online and unfortunately experienced several issues with the delivery. I was given the runaround, scheduled multiple delivery appointments, and on more than one occasion, the items were never even loaded onto the truck.

After dealing with all of that frustration, I had the pleasure of speaking with **Keyon Barr. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. He personally looked for the items I needed, checked what was actually in stock, and took the extra step of resubmitting my order so that we could finally get things moving in the right direction.

In a time when so much customer service has become automated and we hear so much about AI, it was genuinely refreshing to experience good, old-fashioned customer service from someone who took ownership and truly cared about helping a customer.

I ordered a Speed Queen washer and dryer, including the power cable and vent kit, as well as a Samsung refrigerator with a water-line connector from BrandsMart on 8/8.

On 8/20, I found a larger refrigerator at Lowe’s and called BrandsMart to cancel the refrigerator portion of my order. I spoke with Joey Disomma, who stated that he was unable to cancel the order but told me that I could simply refuse delivery of the refrigerator and that BrandsMart would issue a refund once the refrigerator was returned to the warehouse.

I was not comfortable with that process, so I made two additional attempts to cancel the refrigerator before the scheduled delivery. On both occasions, I was told that a manager would cancel the order, but that never happened.

When the delivery date arrived, the refrigerator was delivered with the water-line connector, and I refused delivery of both. In addition, the delivery was missing the dryer power cord and vent kit that I had ordered. As a result, I had to go to Lowe’s, purchase the missing dryer power cord and vent kit myself, and complete the dryer installation on my own.

Long story short, I have now made four separate attempts to obtain a refund for the refrigerator, but BrandsMart has still not processed the refund. The refrigerator was refused at delivery as instructed by your representative, yet I have still not received my refund.

I truly want to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service I received from Keeyon Barr. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed in a washer and dryer—not just finding something that would work, but finding a unit that fit my specific needs, including the size, having everything together as one unit, and most importantly, having one plug instead of multiple.
What touched me the most was how genuinely invested he was in helping me. He stayed in constant communication, kept me updated, and even continued helping me after hours and on his day off from his personal phone. He absolutely did not have to go that far, but he did—and that meant so much to me.
He was incredibly kind, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He listened to my concerns, understood my situation, and made me feel like finding the right appliance for me truly mattered.
In a world where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, this experience reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about the customers they serve. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile will not be forgotten.
