I am extremely disappointed with customer service, both via chat and phone; it has been a complete disaster. I have been waiting for over 24 hours for confirmation of an online order for in-store pickup, and I have called every department, but no one could tell me what was happening with my order. In the chat, Pascale, the representative who assisted me, left me hanging after saying she didn't know what was going on; she simply didn't reply and left me on read. The same thing happened on the phone; no one offered me any solution. All of this after my order had been paid for over 24 hours prior. I do not recommend BrandSmart Online to anyone, and I will never shop at their store again.

I Thought, Joey was outstanding, he made the entire process great! BUT WHEN I GOT THE MICROWAVE HOME IT NOT THE ITEM I AGREED ON, IT'S THE LESSER PRICED ITEM, THAT HE KNEW I DID NOT WANT. HE MADE IT SEEM HE WAS GIVING ME A DISCOUNT. MY INSTALLER IS ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW! HATE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!

I wasn’t going to place my order today because I was very intimidated by the price of things and didn’t know everything I needed. I had somewhat given up for today on it being sorted, but then I got a call from Joseph Disomma and he made it easy. He got everything I needed for my washer and dryer purchase, helped me decide on a coverage plan, set up delivery, and also reminded me about hoses and things I didn’t know I needed. He also got me expedited shipping so I wouldn’t be in my new home too long without being able to do laundry. This call was about 10 minutes with everything and I feel confident about my purchase and I’m at ease. Joey was quick, kind, and super resourceful. Wouldn’t have been able to get this accomplished without his call since the website was a little tough to navigate. Thanks Joey for the call! See you for my next purchase in a few months!

I had ordered a new washing machine through the website and set up delivery. I had inadvertently failed to also select hawl away of old unit. Joseph Disomma was able to quickly assist me and get the hawl away added to the delivery.

Omg thank God that Joey called me from brandsmart. Because I was going to purchase a range online. That was in dunction, and I didn't know you had to buy special pots and pans for it. If he wouldn't have called me., I would have been in serious trouble. He was incredible the way he handled the situation for me. And found me a range that I needed. I am so happy and I actually have his number. So if I ever need to buy anything again I will reach out to him directly. He was incredible. I highly recommend that you ask for joey.

Joseph was professional, courteous and cordial when I phoned to inquire about their appliance delivery service... Although I had planned to place an online order, he explained the delivery process, proved to be knowledgeable of the product, and was eager to offer to complete my order himself... Joseph completed my order, and was very accommodating thereby, providing me with an EXCELLENT Valued Customer experience... He was SUPERB...

i was looking for a a kitchen set, refridgerator, stove, and dishwasher. i spoke with JOSEPH DISOMMA who was very helpful. he was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgable. Ordering appliances over the phone is hard enough but he made the process easy and somewhat enjoyable. Every company should have an employee who cares about his customers the way Mr Disomma made me feel. He definitely got 5 stars from me.

I spoke to a gentleman Keeyon Barr and he had to be the most PLEASANT individual I have spoken to in a very long time!!!! I will recommend every one of my friends and colleagues to shop there and ask for him. I normally do not write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve recognition! This guy is a keeper and I don’t know what he makes per year nor do I know his title, however , he is definitely management material! I hope this goes to your corporate office. I wish there were more people in the world like him. He’s a gem. I would hire him in 1 second! He knows what he’s talking about, he has a great sense of humor and just a total sweetheart. ( something you don’t see in south Florida very often). If you folks are smart, you’ll keep him and because another company would snatch him up in two seconds.
