Really helpful and communicative people made the whole thing run smoothly. Had a call from the dealership after making the booking to confirm the details and run through past service history to identify any potential items needing particular inspection. Then, when the service had been completed, had another call to confirm it had been done and given an overview of the general condition of the car. All in all a real professional and personal service.

Rumen Aleksandrov was a pleasure to deal with. From the start he listened to what I wanted but wasn’t pushy to secure a sale. He was knowledge, took the time to show me how things worked and was thorough with the paperwork. He called when he said he would call and I found the whole process very satisfactory.

My car was collected and returned promptly and staff were helpful and pleasant. I have a service plan, which is well worth having.

The booking process was very easy and the options available to me were explained clearly. I was advised of everything that was checked on my car and any issues that would require attention now and also and anything that would require attention in the future. They even cleaned inside my car which i did not not ask for or expect. The video on the inspection was also very helpful. Booking process was very quick, the staff are very helpful and polit, and the service was quickly done

A very professional and thorough service for my Honda from Brayleys. Highly recommended - very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable team at all stages of the service.

Got my car serviced and MOT'd by Bradley's yesterday. Easy to book, check in and got the car back earlier than expected.

No video health check (informed on new server & would receive later), never did, also part of the service agreement. No time estimate given when told there would be when booking. When booking link went to brayleys Nissan, not Honda. Pestering calls from staff trying to save money with service plan (£20....wow).

The staff were very helpful, especially when they realised I'd accidentally booked my car in for its service via a garage finding website mascarading as Brayleys. My car was quickly and efficiently serviced, MOT'd, etc. Also, it was beautifully clean inside and out which is not how it looked when I checked it in!

Staff professional, helpful and courteous. No fuss booking, details provided on work required, kept me informed throughout and car ready for collection when stated. Can't ask for more.
