Incredible service- paint ordered Sunday afternoon, it was mixed and delivered (with a chat and a smile) before lunch on the Monday. (Delivery even beat the email notification it was out for delivery!)

Popped into your Chester branch on Sat to use my 20% discount (thank you). Vaguely knew what colour I wanted, but was advised by Andrew (?) and he was absolutely right. What a pleasure to have that exchange face-to-face which is very rare these days. Will definitely use this shop again and will recommend to all for service, knowledge and a good old banter 😊

Over the last year I have been renovating my house and the team at Brewers have been exceptional. I have absolutely no clue about paint, I have been in there for hours getting countless colour samples, they've supported me though different paint types, sealants, rollers, fillers and helped me to understand and choose what's right for me :) Their customer service is excellent, carry my paint to the car, always friendly and chatty while being served, very quick and efficient :) Their support has been amazing, particularly Sophie and Andrew.. I'll honestly be sad when my house is done, they're both so lovely.. I might start painting things outside just to go and say hi :)

Very easy website to navigate. Great price, good communication with the company (they actually rang me to tell me of a slight delay) and great price.

The staff at Brewers' Chester store are very friendly and always ready to give helpful advice. I was struggling to find the best treatment for a valuable oak mantelpiece, but they helped me choose a really good one. There was a serious supply issue with the manufacturer, but they managed to fulfill my requirements.

nice patient staff, good prices and also their Albany Pink Smoothie exterior masonry paint. Pleasant change to deal with sympathetic human beings. First time house owner not a trade painter. Last here under Robinson & Neal. also a good outfit.

Ordered my paint from Brewers I wanted it asap arranged to collect.
