My experience was great. They were very attentive when i had questions and my gps worked wonderful. Very cost efficient. The only thing that could be better was if they communicated with you better if they haven’t received a payment, and notified you in advance instead of cutting service off. But if you pay your bill you won’t have to worry about that. I definitely recommend their service. 10/10

It allows me to keep constant updates on my vehicle location. It’s extra added peace of mind to know the exact location of the vehicle as well as the driver if something should happen.

Kelvin was amazing. My dog ate my battery pack and Kelvin assisted quick and efficiently, to satisfying my request, and get a new battery pack sent out the same day. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I want to thank you for your help in deactivating my account. Mervin was a great to me in identifying that my card on file was an old card that was no longer used. I was able to enter the correct card and Mervin made my experience smooth and quick.

the customer service was great i got help from Kevin he's was fast straight forward answered everything i asked about and got it done for me with no problems no spending hours waiting for replies or a conformation. the companies devices are also really good quality sturdy and long lasting test it on a decent 2 hour trip back and forth with no problems not even a budge I would 100% recommend them with great products and customer service

I was having trouble reactivating my device after turning it off a couple years and the representative Trisha who was assisting me through text helped move my Gmail account over to my Yahoo account she was able to resend me the email so I was able to log in she helped walk me through the process of getting back into my account I feel like she went above and beyond assisting me in the areas that I needed help in.

Ordered and had it set up in minutes, longest part was getting the additional battery pack charged up. After initial install it took about 2 hours for the tracker to start sending data points.

Sold my vehicle. Removed my tracker. Discontinued service for maybe 6 months. Bought a new vehicle. Added the tracker.
Here’s where it gets good: i emailed asking how to go about reinstating the coverage. Instant answer! They put my tracker back online super fast! Had all my payment details from the other current tracker so just added this one back so i have two currently activated. When it didn’t track on my app- they immediately had an answer! No issues at all. Love this company! Czarmaine was super helpful.

Great customer service , All I had to do in order to receive assistance logging in was text their number and a representative Trish text me back immediately and had me in my account in a few minutes!

I have been dealing with brickhouse security for about a year now. It is definitely worth it for security reasons and very affordable. I noticed a lil glitch from time to time. But needless to say it's accurate and on point. Thank you mervin for your time and patience with helping me today. Great customer service skill

Marvin was very helpful and made sure I understood exactly what I was doing before I was doing it I felt comfortable and confident and what I was doing and never thought I'd actually be able to do this on my own but with his help here I am thank you so much for your patience and your time I've had a few people who have worked in this company that have not leveled up to the experience that I've had with Marvin he definitely needs to be recognized for all of his hard work
