Easy to buy things from the online store. Easy to browse and generally the prices were very competitive. Everything was delivered on time and very well packed.

We covered the table top with Lino, it looks stunning, feels great and smells delicious. It is definitely worth the effort.
The Bricofloor service was impeccable.

We ordered some cork flooring and wallpaper for our offices, quality products at fair prices.
Silvi was wonderful to deal with.

Be warned: Cork tiles sold as 300mm X 300mm have up to a 5mm variance, and Bricoflor think that's acceptable. The variance made it impossible to lay in a straight line without gaps, and has resulted in some tiles peeling up as they don't sit flush side by side. The professional fitters I hired had a nightmare. It took twice as long as similar sized jobs they've done, and they were unhappy that the end result wasn't up to their usual excellent standard due to no fault of their own. I wrote to complain and was first asked to provide evidence of the variance, which was easy I found 3 different sizes on the first row of tiles) Then I was told that I should've measured the tiles before laying (all 700 of them!) then I was told that that amount of variance was normal (all of the professionals I spoke to said that was rubbish) Then they asked me to confirm how many of the laid tiles differed in size. I persevered, and eventually several weeks and 6 emails later, they offered me a small amount of compensation, which I accepted as I was just sick of the whole thing. They paid part of it and when I politely enquired where the rest was, I was told that they had made a mistake in their previous email confirming the compensation amount and so they wouldn't be honoring that. I gave them one last chance to put it right, and reinforce a bit of confidence in their services, and they declined.

I sent two emails last week (on Wednesday and Thursday) regarding a return for a box of cork tiles and a 1-liter bottle of varnish. I received no response, so on Friday, I called customer service. The guy I was talking to assured me that they would arrange the return and inform me when the delivery person would come to pick up the items. Of course, I haven't received anything.

I hope someone will respond to this review and help me receive the service I need.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Also, I would like to alert potential customers if they read the reviews before ordering something from this company: they charge a 20% restocking fee even if the products are unopened.

Ostin boordia valmiilla liimapinnalla tapetoidun seinän koristeeksi ja kyseinen boordi irtoili seinästä jo parin päivän päästä. Bricoflorilta väittivät tehneensä testejä heidän päässään ja etteivät kokeneet tarttuvuudessa ongelmaa. Näin ollen eivät suostuneet hyvittämään mitään.
Eli siis huonolaatuista tavaraa halvalla ja huonoa asiakaspalvelua reklamaatioiden hoidossa.

Ordered some samples which arrived promptly. Then chose our preferred wallpaper after following the guide and ordered the rolls of wallpaper which again arrived very quickly. So pleased with the quality of the paper.

Nice wallpapers and arrived quickly. Liked the way the wallpaper didn’t have a repeat so it would more cost effective. Texture made it easy to put up.

The wallpaper is amazing quality, beautiful design and quick delivery. Thank you, I will be shopping with you again :)

Tilasin kuukausi sitten 7,5 litraa maalia.sain vain osan maaleista ja kun kyselee sähköpostilla lopun maalin perään niin ei saa vastausta.asiakaspalvelu on vain saksaksi ja huonoksi englanniksi. UPS kautta olen yrittänyt kysellä mutta sanotaan vain että tulee kun he noutaa tilauksen,tai selvitä bricoflorin kanssa.eli asian selvittäminen on mahdotonta.

Tilasin viisi tapettinäytettä noin 10 euron hintaan. Reilun kahden viikon päästä tuli kaksi näytettä. Eilen aamulla laitoin sähköpostia, jos saisi loputkin, eivät vielä ole vastanneet. 09-suuntainen puhelinnumero ei ole käytössä. En missään nimessä tilaa täältä yhtään mitään. Ja toisin kuin Bricoflor vastineessaan väittää, näytteet on tilattu suoraan heiltä. Heidän kannattaisi lueskella myös sähköpostejansa ja tarkistaa 09-alkuisen puhelinnumeronsa toimivuus.

The wallpaper was just what we were looking for, and it arrived as quickly as specified. My wife and I are extremely pleased with this vinyl paper and I would use this company again should the need arise. I would recommend them

These guys are the best. We bought a cork floor for our kitchen in the summer and are super pleased with it. We bought a different product this Christmas for our bathroom which didnt live up to our expectations. Whilst waiting for the supplier to reply to our complaint, Bricoflor refunded us THE WHOLE AMOUNT rather than make us wait and stress. Brilliant service. thanks
