I had great support the whole time whether it was from the tutor grading my written assignments, or the IT Department helping me with the quiz glitches. This made my experience smooth and encouraging. Great Customer Service!.

As someone who has taught as a volunteer for over 10 years, I wanted to get the certification as a personal accomplishment. I was delighted with the content and quality of delivery. The self-paced format worked well for me and it was no problem finishing within the 3 months. So glad I completed the program and grateful for the feedback I received and new tools I learned.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - this kind of direct feedback is genuinely useful to us.
I'm sorry the course didn't deliver the depth you were looking for. For a micro-credential focused on teaching English online to groups, that specificity really should come through, and I hear you that it didn't.
On the cross-course references: I understand how that can feel like a distraction rather than added value, and I'll make sure that feedback reaches the right people on our content team.
I'm sending you an email today so we can talk through your experience in more detail. You're also always welcome to reach out directly at support@bridge.edu.
Best regards,

Practical course
As an English teacher in a rural primary school, this course was a complete game-changer for my daily reality. Working in a rural context with students from low-income families means our school resources are extremely limited, and most training programs assume access to technology and materials we simply don't have. This course was a perfect fit because it provided practical, creative, and highly realistic strategies to deliver high-quality instruction with little to no resources. It shifted my perspective on how to turn minimal materials into meaningful, situated learning experiences, and I highly recommend it to any educator working in underserved or grassroots communities.

Greate learning experience and practical teaching strategies
My experience with BridgeTEFL has been very positive. The course content is clear, organized and easy to follow. The modules provide useful strategies that can be applied in different teaching contexts, including classrooms with limited resources. The instructions were clear and the examples helped me understand how to apply the concepts in practice. Overall, I feel more prepared and confident in my teaching skills.

Excellent 120 Hour TEFL/TESOL Certification Program
I received the 120 Hour TEFL/TESOL Master Certification. The course material and exercises were very helpful in preparing me to become a teacher of English as a Foreign language and/or Teacher of English as a Second language. In addition to the materials, I had an outstanding tutor who provided valuable information and feedback regarding my assignments. She was always available to for any additional support needed.
I am confident this training program has prepared me to successfully deliver training. Note, the course load is heavy and requires a lot of time to complete the exercises; keep this in mind if you're working full-time.
I highly recommend Bridge Education Group.

You make it quick and easy to sign up
You make it quick and easy to sign up. But I would like to see a more user-friendly website. It seems that your website is filled with marketing materials. I think they have their place, but once a person's made up their mind to take a class, you should have readily available information for them about the class. Maybe just reorganizing what's on your website will help. This particular class that I took was engaging. I wouldn't say it was taxing but for someone to be looking for a quick certification, it's a good one to take.

Very good method
I liked the modules and the activities proposed. I found the videos a little old but very clear, they show traditional but effective methods. At the same time, i found the modules up to date regarding new technologies. We learn how to integrate communicative methods with new tools.
