I visit Bridge motorcycles fairly regularly, with my husband. We usually just go for a mooch around the bikes and clothing, then the cafe. The food served in the cafe is very good. Today we visited to see the new Speed 400. As usual, we were greeted with a cheery hello from Chris, and asked if we needed any help. This is a total contrast to two previous recent visits to Triumph dealers (Cheltenham and Taunton), where we weren’t so much greeted with a hello, let alone offered any help. So well done Bridge! Your customer service is excellent in all parts of your dealership.

Excellent service provided by Darren in the clothing department involving a complicated repair on a jacket. Easy to deal with, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for more. Well done!

I have purchaced 2 motorcycles from Bridge, all my equipment and dealt with their customer service over the phone. I have never had a bad experience the last 4 years as a customer.

I recentely enquired about selling my bike, even though they were not buying at the time which was a shame, the lady who helped me cancel my service plan went above and beyond to help and put any anxieties at at ease. Thank you

Went out for a ride with some friends and decided to stop off at bridge motorcycles in Exeter to have a look at their bikes.
After a while we were all getting rather thirsty so we went into their cafe and I asked for a bottle of water. When the young lady serving me told me the price the water I nearly left it behind.
How on earth can you justify £1.50 for half a litre of water it is absolutely disgusting, it cost more than what petrol does.
We were all so flabbergasted we moved on and had lunch else where as we were definitely not going to order that there that's for sure.
Not sure we will even go back to be honest, shame really!

I have been to Bridge Motorcycles a few times in the last year and every one has been great. The first, a year ago, was to purchase my first bike. Dave Fullalove dealt with me and answered all my naive, stupid questions and was great. I have dropped in a few times since for a coffee and the service is always on point. Today, I returned again for a new helmet and was lucky enough to be looked after by Amy. She took the time to find my perfect size, didn’t complain when I said I was either a medium or large when she knew I was an xl, fitted my Cardo system for me and utterly brilliant. Thank you! 🙏🏻

I visited bridge motorcycles today with my son we rode up from Plymouth and spoke to several staff and were very pleasant and helpful.
My son asked about a dainese bag and the lady was more than happy to help.
Then we enquired about several bikes and they could not be more helpful and not pushy whatsoever.
We also visited the cafe and had some food and drink and all the staff were very friendly the food and drink was good.
Highly recommend this place excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff

I bought my first new motorcycle from here which was a MT-125 and had every service for that machine there over 12k miles on the bike and only ever had a few minor issue with the garage.

When I did my A2 I traded my bike in and bought a new bike from elsewhere and that was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. There is alot wrong with the bike and the new dealer will not even answer their phone let alone provide me with a quote to fix the bike.

When I called bridge to get some new tyres I was immediately provided with a slot and where they fitted and balanced the tyres at a cheaper rate then most around. Not only that but they provided me with a free health check on the vehicle so I can work on fixing the bike up before its MOT.

When I upgrade my bike licence from A2 to the full A licence there is no doubt in my mind where I will be buying the bike from. The other dealers locally cannot hold a candle to the level so service and support they provide.

I recently enquiired about a used motorcycle in the showroom and had a discussion with their senior salesman. I asked if they would consider my machine in part exchange, provided full details and showed him around. We returned to his desk and he took all my contact details. He said he would look to see what sort of deal he would be able to offer and get back to me. I waited a week, two, three, then one of my mates said the machine was sold.
This is not how you do business. I have kept their business card so I can tell anyone who cares to ask exactly who to avoid....Shame..

Just bought my second Triumph from Chris Shorland at Bridge. Very helpful, nothing too much bother. Service department are faultless also, lovely helpful staff. Cafe is very good too.

Lee Antony, Dan, and the team at Bridge always go the extra mile to help customers before and after purchase of a new or used bike. If you buy a new bike, your bike comes with a lifetime guarantee as standard. Check them out. I recommend the coffee shop. I don't have any connection with Bridge. I just like that they have always looked after me post as well as pre purchase, and I have been a customer there for over 20 years.
