I applied bridge loan couple of weeks ago, Neil and Lewis are very helpful and efficiency, they response my email or phone call quickly and helped me with my application, mine purchase has been done in 3 weeks time, which is unbelievable fast!!! Highly recommended to anyone who need the loan!

Mortgage Adviser using Brightstar for bridging..
As a mortgage adviser,My AR firm doesn't have authorization for bridging/commercial cases at present, so we use Brightstar to package any of these cases for us. Krystal & Neil have been amazing at dealing with a tricky bridging case ive got, unfortunately there has been numerous issues with the legals but theyre doing everything they can to assist and try and get this transaction finally complete! Theyre always responsive & even if on leave etc someone else will pick up any enquiries. Id highly recommend Brightstar if you do have any cases that need to go through this route.

Debt consolidation secured loan.
I passed my clients over to Brightstar as I was struggling to place a debt con remortgage. Due to a life change event my client was in need of someone to support in consolidating all debts into one affordable repayment. Brightstar Delivered where many other lenders failed.
