From the very first time I met Julie at the office through to Susan, the service my wife and I received has been wonderful—truly excellent and highly satisfying.
They are always ready to provide answers to all your questions and response to mails.

We used the Dumbarton road branch for our mortgage application, Georgia Stewart was handling our application and she was soooo good, she really went above and beyond to help us get the house. Our application was a complex as our income was a mix of pro rata salary and self employment, also the property we were
buying had a large portion timber construction. And to make things more difficult our registered address was not being recognised by any of the various banks systems….. Georgia kept us calm and steered us through to a successful Mortgage, so glad we had her, she felt like close friend by the end ! They only have 5 stars on the review but she’s getting 6 !

My fiance and I liaised with Senior Mortgage advisor, Nico Hadden, and our Dedicated Client Relationship Manager, Molly Hill. This was a Dundee branch.
At present our business is almost concluded, but not yet; I'm more than happy to review.
We had a number of questions for Nico and he was more than friendly and helpful. He took time to explain things, he never rushed through any part of the meeting and he always made sure that we fully understood each part of the process before moving onto the next. Nico's knowledge is top notch, what that man doesn't know won't matter, because he was just on-point with everything.
Moreover, Nico took time to allow us to discuss the available options, the pros & cons, and to lay out the facts for us.
Molly was also very helpful and friendly. She was always quick to reply to an email and even if we might have been frustrating, this never showed in her email context. Always friendly, always professional.
Would I consult with them again? Absolutely yes.
Would I recommend First Mortgage based on the transactions I've had? - Absolutely yes. If all the other First Mortgage colleagues are like Nico and Molly, then it certainly is a First Class outfit.

Excellent result-oriented mortgage broking and mortgage protection services. Mortgage Broker and protection services approach quite conservative to ensure successfully mortgage application and making the job of the solicitor to the mortgage quite easy.

Stuart and David have been supporting me with gaining my first mortgage. They have made the process very accessible and have been very helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to help anyone looking to gain a mortgage or mortgage advice.

Amazing service from both Kirsty and Samantha at the Glasgow High Street branch. We are moving house and made the process of porting our current mortgage and topping up with another so smooth. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I dealt with Kevin Sobell, Helen Trendall and a couple of others who stepped in when Kevin or Helen were out of office. The team was very responsive and ensured quick feedback. they kept track of market movements and helped me get good rates. It has been quite a journey spanning 3 different property purchases but Kevin, Helen and the First Mortgage team made their part of it easy for me.
