Our credit history is very adverse — multiple unsatisfied defaults, CCJs, years of damage. We’ve spent the last couple of years working hard to rebuild, but we honestly believed no lender would ever look at us again. Other brokers certainly didn’t. We even tried Tembo, and they couldn’t help.

After hearing friends speak about how the mortgage process can be a nightmare, how time consuming it is and how long it takes, I was definitely apprehensive when starting the process. Haysto made it incredibly easy and straight forward. Everything was explained well, we didn’t have bundles of papers to sign as everything was completed online. Extremely good experience with Haysto, Every member of the team assigned to getting me the mortgage offer I wanted have been so easy to work with and on the ball, their portal makes everything so easy and quick to communicate and keep you updated, no stress in the whole process what so ever.

We didn't think we'd be accepted for a mortgage after being declined by high street banks due to my debt management plan from years ago. We had Haysto call us after sending an enquiry and from the first call with Elliot V we were VERY quickly assured that they can't see an issue that we wouldn't be accepted as my DMP was set up over 6 years ago and I'd been managing it well. We didn't believe them as we'd been turned down so many times, but then from that starting call down through to Zack B calling us yesterday to give us the good news that we'd been sent a mortgage offer and could now buy the house we always wanted was a complete shock, we really thought we were still going to get bad news, even though every person we spoke to said they couldn't see a reason why we wouldn't we still didn't believe them. Every person I have spoken to have been brilliant! The portal to contact them is great if you have queries and it's so easy to track your progress, upload documents and see the documents they've submitted. I just want to say thank you to Haysto as they've made this possible for us and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is in need of a mortgage but is unable to through the normal high street banks. We got our mortgage offer through today and we couldn’t be happier with the Haysto team. Our first point of contact was Jack who is absolutely lovely, he was so informative and reassuring after multiple no’s from other brokers; Tom, our mortgage advisor, is absolutely amazing, so helpful, so lovely and very knowledgeable & the rest of the Haysto team have been great. Could not recommend them more. If you think you can’t get a mortgage, Haysto will do it for you!

High street banks wouldn't give me a mortgage due to unadopted road, no owner, no maintenance agreement, despite having an indemnity policy, road in great condition and no problems for 60 years. Haysto got me a mortgage sorted within 48 hours at a decent rate, only slightly higher than what high street banks were offering. £1,699 is a steep fee, but a mortgage you shall have.
