Started with Lauren, then Megan and between approval and completion I dealt with Amy! Everyone was amazing and very helpful! After approval the mortgage company withdrew their offer while we were in a deadline to sign,Amy helped chase them up and got the deal completed on time! Great team, will defo use again

Horrible, they take £199 then say oh no we cant help.

They scam is :
They take £199 which is not refundable admin fee.

Then do their admin work and say oh no we cant help you but claim on their website we dont take no upfront money only if you get a house or property

Agree with all the one star reviews here. Frankie got in touch after i registered my interest, gave her all my information and within half hour she had a MIP for me. I was surprised, but excited as this was my first application. Paid the £99 as requested and received an email with a basic letter for MIP, anyone could have drafted that. I then called several times but they never called back. Messaged asking for an illustration showing all details of the deal and again, no response. Been nearly 2 weeks now and after reading these reviews i wouldnt be surprised not to hear anymore. Have since found a good independent broker whos got me MIP and charges only when full application is approved.

So contacted cls they got me a MiP Pretty quick all they was interested in was getting money from me my other Mortage advisor got me a better deal

When they called me asking if I was still interested they started questioning my other mortgage advisor job if there was doing it right which I felt unprofessional also wanting £995 for themself and then £99 for me to actually receive the documents I felt this company was all about money more than helping

After reading reviews it looks like after they’ve got your money there not interested anymore and I got that impression

Possibly the worst experience in mortgage brokers....things started well, but as soon as you give them any form of money, they soon become less interested.

Our initial contact was with George Griffiths, who sounded quite knowledgeable, and reasonable at first....he was able to source a lender, however this all went pear shaped afterwards due to the lender wanting me specifically to have 12 months of no missed payments and upon realising that CLS had gone for a remortgage instead of a first time mortgage. Given that fact, George agreed to call me back in September of 2025 once that timeframe was over, however I have still yet to receive a call. Since this I have actually gone with another Broker, and completed my mortgage recently. However, not happy that I had to pay fees for CLS to even start doing anything, only for them to not do a great deal....almost impossible to get hold of anyone relating to the case, had to leave messages with whoever answered, no one ever got back to me.

Frankie and Charlotte were amazing. I was referred by my mum and I couldn’t have been happier with them and their service. They were so fast and organised. Worth every penny!!!

We are so incredibly grateful for Lauren, Megan and Amy at CLS. We had our offer accepted on our house after receiving an agreement in principle from Moneybox. It took them three weeks to then say they had no options for our mortgage and leave us in a panic. Lauren stepped in and sorted an agreement in principle within two days and Megan guided us through the process with updates at every turn. Even after we received the offer and I thought updates would stop, Amy kept on checking in and answering questions until we got the keys. Still in disbelief about it all! Amazing service from the team.

Highly recommend. After been turned down for a mortgage from our current provider we spoke to CLS. George was great and made to process very easy. We had an offer within 3 days of application. We were kept up to date on a regular basis and had weekly phone calls from Chloe until we completed. Thank you

Terrible experience, was met by a rude idiot who basically didnt want to know as soon as i we mentioned the poor credit. Absolutely bombarded by emails, texts and sales calls. Avoid these cowboys!!!

I cant recommend the company enough, I've used different brokers before these are so easy, Lauren and Abigail have been fantastic from start to finish, no issues at all would highly recommend this company without any hesitation, thank you so much

Very rude emails from Joshua weekes all because I went to another fee free broker instead of given CLS money over 2k for a DIP being very negative saying things like “ you will lose the house” “very likely you will get declined if you don’t use us”

I (inclusive of my entire family) have always utilised CLS Money to support all of our financial requirements. I am still astonished with their capability to out-compete every other broker to find the best possible option to suit our needs.

In particular, Joshua, Amy and Rhiannon have been hugely supportive to me and my family over the past 3 months - successfully completing on 6 transactions concurrently despite our complex requirements. This includes but is not limited to; BTL (Buy To Let) mortgages, residential equity transfers and new property purchases. When one option failed, CLS were always able to come up with another solution.

The CLS team handled and met our needs with clear communication, speed and most importantly - ease. This gave my family great peace of mind. Furthermore, CLS charges a fair price for what i believe is an exceptional service.

I would recommend CLS money to anyone looking to get advice and support with any of their financial needs.

The most disgusting corrupt money begging company I have ever come across.
Can’t put an application together without spelling names wrong. Communication is a disgrace.
I had to take them to the financial ombudsman who ruled in our favour, after they treated us so poorly.
Told countless lies when we complained and still to this day are chasing money for the zero service they provided us.
Please don’t waste your time or money on this company. They take advantage of people and lack any sort of transparency, integrity or morals.
CLS if you choose to respond I will upload the entire response from the ombudsman for the public to see exactly how shady your practices are. I have avoided publically shaming you til now.

Tried to charge me £950 after I told them I no longer needed their services. I withdrew from their services because I found a cheaper mortgage rate on my own. Continued calls and emails during a really difficult time in my life. They put me under massive amounts of stress. They also charged me a fee before they even did any work, at the time I thought this was normal. I feel like they took advantage of me and saw I was vulnerable. Avoid.

There are times that it gets super stressful on my end but they are always there

I have been trying to get hold of this company for days, by phone and email. They called me from a Rayleigh number, I returned the call many times and nothing. I then receive an email saying they called me, I replied by stating I called you back, nothing. I then receive a text saying they called me, I also replied saying I called you back, nothing. They are a shambles, please do not waste your time. If you want a company who are responsive and proactive, go some where else.

Not happy. It seemed that after initial contact there was no willing to actually help us with our re-mortgage. I was told that our mortgage would be monitored in the months leading up to the expiry so that they could monitor the rates and try to secure the best rates. Despite calls and emails I didn't hear anything back from them and so ended up having to fix again with our existing lender last minute.

Initial contact was good, after that, nothing so I wouldn't recommend.
