Charlotte was absolutely amazing to deal with . Without her my solicitors and the seller would not have completed in time to make affordable ( with the original interest rate ) . I can’t thank her expertise and dedication in negotiating and making it all happen - this was going over and above what she was supposed to be doing . I can’t thank you enough Charlotte ! Highly recommend this caring and professional company .

Cheryl at yes financial was great she was really easy to chat with and helped me with my mortgage fur my right to buy which turned out to be such a difficult process that went on for nearly 18 months before we finally completed last week but the team at yes financial kept in touch throughout pushing for my solicitor to get answers and helped me when my first offer expired to get a new mortgage offer which was better I really couldn’t have asked for more from them

I'm a first time buyer in my 50's on a very modest wage and initially thought the chances of me getting a mortgage were incredibly slim. I'm happy to say the team have proved me wrong. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided by Yes Financial. They successfully arranged my mortgage without any issues, and the process felt well managed from start to finish.

Initially, I worked with Lewis, who explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He was always approachable and easy to reach whenever I had questions, which gave me a lot of confidence early on. Later in the process, I dealt with Abigail, who was equally professional, responsive, and helpful. Communication throughout was strong, and I always felt supported.

I’ve given 4 out of 5 stars as I feel there is a small area where the initial information could be clearer. Early on, I was advised that reducing the mortgage rate before completion would not be an issue. This reassured me, especially as I expected Bank of England rates to drop between my offer and completion. However, when I later asked about this, I was informed that requesting a new mortgage offer could involve a further credit check and carry some risk. As a result, I decided not to proceed with a new offer and continued with the original mortgage offer instead. It would have been helpful to have this explained more clearly from the outset.

That said, this was a minor point in an otherwise very positive experience. I would still happily recommend Yes Financial to anyone looking for a professional and reliable mortgage broker.
