I was a little bit nervous at the beginning to get my mortgage with them as everything was online rather than just meeting the mortgage advisor in person. I did receive clarification and explanation to all questions I had and the process was explained in detail and in such way to be easy to understand. I have worked with Ella and Conner.

Got me a good deal and when interest was coming down a little they got me a better deal with the same mortgage provider.
Good communication with myself, the solicitor and mortgage provider.

Arif is a legend
Arif is a legend, called with a weight on my shoulders, mortgage coming to an end, what to do next. Arif sorted it all out, 30mins later, I have a new deal and don't have to worry about paperwork.
