The process was carried out in a timely fashion with assistance inside and outside of working hours when we had any questions

I was introduced to Georgia Walton at Brightstar by my financial advisor for the second charge mortgage. Her approach was very professional and caring. spend time to understand my requirements and holistically evaluate the situation to submit a successful proposal for the lenders. Then the case was taken over by Amy Schofield, She was very reachable and kept me promptly updated on the status/progress and also coordinated additional information requests from the lender very efficiently.
Due to their prompt and proactive approach, I managed to successfully complete the mortgage in less than 2 week most importantly within the initial terms.

They delivered as it was promised at the beginning.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, I found Launchpad was less user-friendly, which they use to capture the initial information. However, Giorgia and Amy's efficient and smooth approach very well compensated for it.

I cannot recommend Jo Powell and her team highly enough.

My refinancing involved multiple lenders, solicitors, redemption statements, legal undertakings and a number of complex issues that required careful coordination between all parties. From the outset, Jo took the time to understand not only the details of the transaction but also the underlying objectives behind it.

Throughout the process, Jo was professional, patient, responsive and proactive. She and her team provided invaluable assistance in gathering documentation, chasing outstanding items, coordinating communications between lenders and solicitors, and ensuring that I remained fully informed at every stage. No query was too much trouble, and every concern was dealt with promptly and professionally.

What stood out most was the genuine care and commitment shown by Jo and the wider team. Complex transactions can be stressful, particularly when multiple parties are involved and timelines are tight, but Jo remained calm, supportive and solutions-focused throughout. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving forward.

Special thanks also to the wider Brightstar team for their hard work behind the scenes. It was clear throughout that everyone was working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome.
