Britelite have just completed my replacement windows and doors
Britelite have just completed my project involving the replacement of all the windows (mostly sash windows) and doors in my house, except for the front door and the front garage door. A lot of windows and doors! The schedule for the installation works was three weeks from start to finish - which was kept to. Britelite checked in with me regularly to ask how things were going. Geoff (the lead member of the installation team) and Liam were absolutely amazing - personable, trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble! They worked diligently and hard throughout the working day. I admire their skill and application. Professionals like these two are like gold dust. The windows and doors look amazing - solid, fabulous quality, and very carefully installed. One very happy customer - who has already recommended them to others.

Brilliant replacement windows
Had our windows replaced. It was a very competitive price and the installers (Lambi and a colleague) were professional, hard working, explained the operation of the windows on completion, and cleaned up after themselves. There were two snags that needed resolving (one wrong and one missing part, from the factory), which meant the job wasn't finished for a further week, but Lambi sorted everything in the end. And once installed, the windows look very good! So top marks for the installers and a couple of things for Britelite to consider to make their product even better!

Highly professional and personable. Geoff and Liam were easy to talk to and completed the install (3 windows and the front door) within 4 hours. No mess was left. Other than a slight issue with incorrect door panels, which is expected to be corrected very soon, it all went smoothly.

From start to finish Britelite provided an excellent service.
Connor was honest and approachable when he came to quote on the work. He provided us with options and recommended the best ones based on both price and aesthetics.
I really appreciated he didn't try to hard sell. We had several other companies quote all of whom gave high quotes only to call a few days later with a much lower quote. Britelite was the best quote we received and their price didn't change while we made our decision.
We were kept up to date with delivery and installation times.
On the day of installation I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They worked efficiently and completed the work in less than half a day.
They left the area as clean and tidy.
I would definitely recommend

I highly recommend Britelite, the whole experience from start to finish. Stafford who advised initially and with the quote, and then Josh and Ernest with the installation. I can't fault them. Also Courtney who helped with some post installation questions and managed to send a wonderful person to resolve everything very quickly. Plus the surveyor - really thorough and knowledgeable.
