Had afternoon tea at the Brigg garden centre today, a special offer for loyalty card holders, in their upstairs bistro. A lovely setting and relaxed setting, we'd paid on line and had a reserved table with very comfortable chairs. The three members of staff we saw this afternoon couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, they brought us 3 lots of drinks and smiled all the time. Each layer was delicious, sandwiches with salad, quiche, scones with jam and cream, plus three desserts, some diners didn't make it and got theirs boxed up and taken home, but we persevered, we're diehard and managed it all, we didn't want to admit defeat, thank you staff. We enjoyed looking around the centre too, there's lots to do for adults and there's a children's play area too, it was brilliant, plants, garden furniture, individual shops with nick nacks, solar lights, bird feeders and even The Works book shop with two very friendly colleagues who were helping us, they were attentive and knowledgeable.

Since taking over from Trebaron garden centre in Blackpool, this place has gone downhill fast. Hardly ever able to find any staff for enquiries and only one checkout operating - expect very long queueing time as everyone has to go to checkout to ask for shop assistance. I asked for turf and was told to find a manager (by myself, no clues as to where they were), but also warned that it was awful quality. I didn’t bother, nobody is interested in serving customers.
This was my third visit under current owners, I used to go here all the time, but since this change of ownership NEVER AGAIN.

Easy ordering process over internet. Had to delay delivery due to pre-booked holiday, delivery followed after holiday as agreed. Big thank you to the very helpful staff member who arranged the later delivery.

Marino Bistro Set itself is very comfortable to sit on, and reasonably light to move around the garden.

Great purchase and recommend to everyone whoose looking for a table and chairs for their garden or patio.

I decided to take my mum for afternoon tea as she was celebrating her 93rd birthday . We went to Woodborough Green Garden Centre and from the moment we arrived the ladies in the cafe treated mum like royalty . We had a lovely time and the afternoon tea was presented beautifully and the choice was outstanding . The staff were all lovely and so attentive , thank you for making mums birthday so special xxxx

Visited the Ramsgate garden Centre to view gazebos and garden furniture. We were assisted by Rich who was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the various aspects of a Royce Cube model supplied by Norfolk Leisure. We had a really tight time scale and Rich called the area manager and managed to get an installation date within our 3 week window. Like to thank him for his detailed explanation and for going that extra mile.We highly recommend Rich and the Ramsgate Garden centre part of the British Garden Centre Group for there help in choosing our new Gazebo which was installed on time.

Easy to purchase online and the water feature was also easy to assemble. Friends noticed how pretty it looks, especially in the evening when the light shines. This was a gift from my mother and it is super. Thankyou.

Purchased some outdoor furniture from this company on line and only part of the order was delivered. The confusion which followed and two week delay of the remaining order was due to system change over I was told. I am happy to say the remaining furniture has been delivered and looks beautiful. So initially all was not good but ended well and I was sent a voucher as a token of their appreciation for my patience as they got to grips with their new systems. Customer services were very helpful and apologetic so special thanks to Nicola for all her support. Thank you!

Very happy with my garden furniture purchase. Received one email from supplier saying they’d be in touch soon left no contact number. No further contact, received a phone call 20 minutes before delivery, I was 60 miles away, I was able to phone my sister who had a key to take delivery otherwise it would be left on driveway! No Communication prior to delivery

So easy to find what I wanted on the website, took literally minutes to order. Delivery was very quick even tho we had a long bank holiday in between. Item was put together easily, no parts missing. Highly recommended.

I've been looking for this item everywhere and no one else had it in stock. The price was in line with other stores and the delivery was spot on.

Wrong items delivered. Promised on Monday would be sorted in one to two days, to date not heard anything.

I rang customer services and every option I pressed resulted in me being told they couldn’t come to the phone. I’m now regretting my online order.

As an experienced home gardener of 30 years, and occasional shopper at your Osterley West London branch, I know your products are OK but your refund policy and customer service are terrible. Your policy of 'Refund Card Only' is years behind all other retailers who know the value of good customer relations. Today after a hassle I achieved a grudging refund of £3.79 on a plant saucer. This is against your policy so I won't name the person in case you discipline them. Moreover compared to other garden centres you clearly invest nothing in plant training because your staff knowledge of plants is almost non existent. You get good trade because the better garden centre, Hilliers, is 10 minutes' drive on the other side of the A4 so people from your area don't think to go there. You also now have the advantage that the nearby Homebase garden centre has closed. So because you get good trade you do not need to improve or care about customer relations - but I only buy from you if I have no alternative - or if I am absolutely certain I've made the right choice. I always go to Hilliers Syon Park first, usually buy there and enjoy the experience - whereas coming to you is a mere necessity.

Thatcham Garden Centre displayed the wrong sign on some plants that I wanted to purchase. Through no fault of my own this led to a scenario at the checkout which left me feeling belittled and humiliated. One of the employees told me I was 'a horrible person'.

Visited the gosforth store yesterday,the shop was full of people with there dogs , even in the cafe. several of these dogs where seen urinating around the shop , absolutely disgusting,why has this shop have a policy of letting dogs and disrespectful owners in the shop .never visit this shop it's disgusting.
