I have moved several times during the years,but i have not seen a company as good as this one,starting with the office top quality service they really want to help and see you happy,folowing with the people that moved us can't thank them enough,very experienced and polite,they made our day so easy and stress free,thank you i will recomand you to everyone.

I had extremely good service, in fact of several moves I have done this was by far the best. The crew were polite, hardworking and efficient. I could not fault them in any way.

Delighted with the service from John and the team, made our moving day a stress free experience. The team got the job done quickly and efficiently and even though they had to wait while we obtained keys for our new house they were patient and attentive.

Excellent all round. We had to put our move on hold then arrange it in very short order, but nothing was ever a problem. The office staff are calm and reassuring, the moving crew were fast, efficient and very polite. Would thoroughly recommend Britmove!

I cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. The virtual quotation phone call was excellent and the staff member who carried that out was very helpful and explained everything.
On the day of the move, Gabriel and Christian were amazing. They arrived early and worked non-stop packing everything expertly onto the van. They were clean, organised, professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when I was delayed getting my keys to the new property, they were patient and polite and then worked equally hard at the new property, taking great care with my belongings and going above and beyond to try and get my sofa in, which due to my own fault, wouldn't fit through the doorways.
The whole house buying and moving process is incredibly stressful and this was about the only part of the process made less stressful thanks to Gabriel and Christian. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Britmove. Their service was superb from the first phone call asking for a quote, to the team leaving at the end of a very arduous moving day. The reasonable quote was sent only a few hours after the video tour (great idea!) was completed and all communication was efficient and prompt. We had to postpone the move by a day and were so relieved that the change was organised with good humour and reassurance.
Edward and his team arrived punctually and worked extremely hard all day. I didn't see them use their mobile phones at all- they just got on with the job. They didn't even complain when they had to remove a wardrobe through an upstairs window. Or when they got soaked in a torrential downpour whilst unloading the vans. They were very careful with our belongings and were very polite. Fantastic company! Thankyou to all concerned during this potentially stressful experience.

Moved in the middle of May, couldn’t fault the service. Video call was done before the move to assess how size.

Team that did the moving and packing were extremely nice, helpful, everything was labelled and packed away as to not be damaged.

Moving is extremely stressful but Britmove made this final stage as stress free as can be! Would highly recommend.

**THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE OUR PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED UNTIL I REMOVED ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE**

We were moving from a two bed property to another two bed property, two men turned up in an unmarked van, we had pre packed everything before they got there so they loaded the van and took our things to the new house.

They forced our sofa through the door frame of our new living room without taking the legs off or trying to angle it and damaged the door frame. They chipped several pieces of furniture at some point in the process and damaged my plants. They have completely broken my partners ergonomic office chair by ripping it apart instead of dismantling it. They ripped our new house kitchen flooring very badly and visibly when putting the fridge into position.

We were willing to let the smaller stuff go (we hadn't seen the chair at this point) but when they left we wrote a note for them on their feedback form about the flooring and signed it, they got very argumentative at the van claiming it wasn't them and it was already damaged despite the fact my partner was in the room and literally saw it happen.

My partner then submitted a complaint within 7 days as per their terms and conditions and received no reply at all, he called them after 14 days and it turns out the people doing the removals had forged his note to say that he knew it wasn't them and agreed the flooring wasn't their fault, luckily he has a photo of the note and his signature before he handed them it.

We were passed from person to person and promised call backs that didn't happen. We finally spoke to the managing director who has given us £200 towards the cost of the broken ergonomic chair and the ripped flooring but on the condition I removed all negative reviews online which is disingenuous and misleading to customers.

One word.... Excellent!
Britmove were professional, careful whilst packing, loading and unloading my stuff. Communication from Bianca at the office and the guys on the day was superb.
I will definitely use them again.

Best value for money and the guys were all great!
We have used them once for our house move and another time to help clear the father in-laws flat.
Timely, quick at their work and all goods arrived safe and sound.

The guys arrived at 7am, and worked tirelessly until they left us at our new home, 100 miles away, at 8.30 that evening! Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were cheerful, friendly and polite. They were really good at social distancing, given how much they needed to carry and load. We would thoroughly recommend Britmove to anyone looking for the best experience in a stressful time.

Fantastic from beginning to end, would highly recommend.

Britmove were very helpful in being flexible about moving dates. The crew of 5 arrived 15 minutes early on moving day and managed to move us in one day approx 200 miles from Rugby to Devon, finishing at abour 4:30 in Devon. The crew were courteous and careful, The quotation was also less expensive than two other quotes that we obtained.
