Today I had Russian lashes did, by phoebe The lash tech who did them was amazing! I felt so at ease with her and I had lots of conversations and I just loved her, She is well recommended

Hi, I just wanted to reach out with some feedback. I came in today for a lash lift/tint and Brow wax/tint with Ruby. I have to say this is the best experience I've had of these treatments. All your staff are fantastic, but Ruby had so much attention to detail, I had no uncomfortable moments, as I'm quite sensitive with my eyes..I actually fell asleep during the process! She was lovely, a real asset to Lexden! Please do pass it on, Thankyou 💕

I’ve had a few treatments at Brown & white - Chelmsford by the lovely Kelsie, most recently today my first session of lumi eyes! Kelsie is always super bubbly & makes me feel comfortable, the salon is beautiful & the staff are always super friendly! Love my Botox & lip results & can’t wait to see the lumi eyes!!

Today i visited the lexdon brown&white salon,i had the plazma pen treatment,a lovly lady called justine did my procedure,explained what it would feel like and what the down time would be,very friendly salon very funni gewls,made me feel realy at ease,there wasnt realy any pain just a little unfomfy,thank you for today,im happy with the treatment so far and back in 4 weeks for a check up,would recomend this salon,see u all soon,shazz xxxxxx

I haven't personally visited the salon but Courtney has been doing my hair for years, couldn't ask for anymore better than her, she's polite, caring and listens to exactly what you want.

Wow and Thanks to Courtney for getting rid of my greys and transforming my hair style. Beautiful! Love it ! and great conversation too 😘

Went to Brown and whites in Frinton today.
The treatment I received by Beth was fantastic, she was so helpful,knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back. The salon was very busy but every member of staff had time for every client.

Have been having BIAB at the Chelmsford salon for months with Kelsie and Laura and have had my first cut and balayage with Jasmine. Service is always great. Good prices and lovely people.

Great salon, Kelly has been cutting my hair for a number of years and she always does an excellent job.

First time for lash lift and tint today by the lovely friendly Serena , who explained everything what she was doing , my eyes look lovely thank you so much look forward to having them done again x

My first time ever getting lashes done, didn’t know what to expect and was a little nervous. The reception team were so friendly and made me feel welcome. I did say to the lash tech I’d never had lashes before and was welcomed in and laid on the bed. Not long into my appointment the lash tech was quite frustrated that I was a bit twitchy and one eye was watering. She wasn’t well with a cold and was leaning over me and sniffing the whole time I was laid down. She left the room to talk to her manager and came back to advise that she couldn’t continue because I had a leaky eye, said that she had to remove what she had done and that lashes just weren’t for me. I felt quite humiliated. I agreed to leave because I was too upset to question anything but since going elsewhere and being treated with more dignity and respect I felt like this experience was not ok. Not at any point did Sienna try to dry my eye and give it another go. She convinced me that it was my fault that I couldn’t continue. I have since learned that the glue they used was not ok for my eyes although I was patch tested by them a couple days before. Also the glue removal that was used left me with extremely sore eyes for days. I went to another salon who were able to give me a full set of individual lashes with no issues at all even tho
I was a bit twitchy and my eye leaked the whole time. Have not lost a single lash since walking out the door!

I saw Beth today for lip filler and Botox - The salon is stunning and is matched with the brilliant staff.

Beth is clearly passionate about what she does and is fantastic at doing it too.

If you want good care and good results, this is the place to go.

Visited the new salon in Frinton on sea. Lovely stylish salon. which looks fab. Was greated with a warm welcome had a fab treatment dermal filler by Beth. Beth was friendly and knowledgable and made me feel so at ease . So pleased with results. Go see Beth she’s amazing !

Great set of gels 21.12.23 with Laura,as always , been having this treatment for last 18 months and never fails to disappoint ! Always helpful , friendly and thorough, they last ages! got them taken off today, almost 4 weeks later, thank you

Had my lashes infilled by Sienna today, They lasted 3 weeks without needing an infill..i only got them infilled because christmas was approaching. if you want nice and long lasting eyelashes I would 100% recommend her.
