Saw a potential car & got in touch with Browns, spoke to Tyler from the start, spoke through the whole process, helped me through everything, everything went great & smooth. Very happy!

I brought a car - older car with higher mileage for towing my horses, the next day there was an issue that took me driving 40 mins for it to show, I contacted the company immediately who took the car back instantly and provided me with beautiful cars while mine was completely fixed. No issues, no complaints whatsoever just fixed the car remained in constant contact. Pete was truly so helpful and sorted the issue in no time or hassle, car was picked up and dropped off. Cannot fault customer service from any member of staff I had spoken too. Car was returned in beautiful condition.

Pete also made sure to check in later that day to ensure the car was in working order and had no shown any issues.

Amazing friendly guys, made the whole experience so easy. Would highly recommend these to anyone !

The car was awful and within 50 miles had a misfire and 3 of the cylinders pooled with oil and all the spark plugs absolutely covered, clearly put a dodgy MOT on it the day before because there were loads more wrong with the car, luckily I only had it 2/3 weeks so managed to get a full refund, stay well away from this garage.

Bought a car from Tyler, he was spot on from day 1 made sure everything was sorted, new MOT and sorted the alignment before I took it away.

We came to look at a car from an outside Carloan company. Tyler was very helpful , efficient and gave us a much better deal that was previously offered.
5 star deserved.

You will wait along time to get a response and if you do it won’t be positive! Strange also after a negative response brown’s suddenly have a few 5 star reviews to balance the review score !!!!

Excellent service, friendly, helpful went out of their way to be friendly and upfront about the car we bought, which we are very satisfied with.
Ben replied to e mails within 24 hrs when we had a small issue with the car and the car was repaired without quibble and a courtsey car supplied . All in all 5 star service.

Went above and beyond to ensure I was totally happy before collecting the vehicle.

Travel from N Ireland to brown car company, very disappointed, took the car home next day took to mechanic, told me the car was fully serviced the day before I picked it up ! Oil was not changed either was any off the filters ! Car not wash / valeted either , sent a txt showing oil and filters when my mechanic changed all ! Still NO reply ! I would not recommend this company!
