The products are amazing! I love them!! They were beyond helpful in many ways and the service is phenomenal!!

I had a problem with a subscription and it was taken care of immediately. I love the scents of the bath bombs and the surprise ring inside. Though I did not use the bomb personally, it melts in the water quickly and skin feels soft and the scents are very aromatic, and lasts for a while. I would definitely recommend Bubbly Belle to anyone including all friends and family members!! Way to go Bubbly Belle!!

The bombs are fun and my daughter and I like to do them. HOWEVER, in the last 2 weeks they’ve tried 6 times to charge my account $30.82. I keep trying to log in to try and cancel any type of subscription I may have accidentally clicked on but it tells me I don’t have an account. How is that when you email me all the time?

My special needs daughter loves these, she's got quite a collection of them. Been a customer of Bubbly Belle for years and thoroughly enjoy how their products make my daughter happy. Fingers crossed that she gets a yellow one, so I can sneak wear it Haha ❤

The actual bathbomb product is wonderful, smells great and makes my skin soft. But the rings have copper and turn my fingers green. Which I was very upset about, they have such beautiful designs but not lasting metals, I understand this is just costume jewellery And copper is cheap, But there are other cheap metals that could be used so that people receiving these rings can actually wear them long term. Considering that the jewellery only last 2 or 3 days $20 is way too much. Also i have spent nearly 1000$ and have only received 5 out of 13 orders...with no refund....so although they have a nice product, im not impressed and urge others to be cautious

I didnt receive an item I had ordered as a gift for a good friend and reached out to customer service. They got back to me right away and they're sending the item to me free of charge.

I had a problem with my order. The company resolved my problem due right away! I’m please with their service!

Got a bath bomb out of curiosity. Smells nice but takes forever to dissolve. The 2 rings I got (free one and bath bomb) are NOT worth the price!!!
To start with, they are SILVER PLATED, Nothing to do with the actual silver. No hallmarks or anything.
Second of all absolute shower with marketing tricks. I wanted to try one of the other bath bombs, but at the very end, before even reviewing my payment, there was an item "monthly renewal" which I never clicked and had no intention to! Glad I only lost money on 1 order tho.

Ps. For heavily discounted bath bombs they add around $9 shipping fee! Stay clear of this company!

I was excited when I received one as a gift. As you reveal the worth of your ring you are bombarded with multiple marketing techniques that will get you to purchase multiple times. I am ashamed to say I ordered 3 times, each time getting promised “this” purchase would result in a premium ring worth more than the $15-$20 price point. Every ring reveal leads you to another marketing way to have you order more. If you want a costume jewelry ring worth more than $20, just go buy one at a regular jewelry store. I have to say it’s a genius marketing idea that gets people to keep buying. The bath bombs themselves are sub par. I recommend staying away from the company.

This product is amazing. In my house we only have a clawfoot tub. I have tried all sorts of products. These bath bombs are amazing. My skin hasn't felt better. Its soft, hydrated, and smells amazing. I would though like to see some exfoliating products. I absolutely think they would do a gorgeous job. I even bought an extra box to give as a side gift for birthday, engagements, mothers day, honestly any type of celebration. I love this product!!!!!

I just want Karen to know. I previously bought bath bombs from you in the past. I recently purchased a few bath bombs, but couldn't understand why I was getting just regular stones?. I normally would get at least one of the rings in color. Unfortunately I got clear stones. I hope in the future I'll get one that has color to it. I am a first time customer. When my package arrived an item was missing. I contacted customer service after hours,not expecting to hear from them until the next day. Not only did they answer me within minutes but resolved the issue right then. Excellent customer service! The bonus was the amazing bath bomb after. I am ordering again right now!!

I absolutely love the fragrance and fizz of the bombs. They made my skin feel amazingly soft. My husband ordered me a few of the bundles to try out. He got a few the wrong size which was fine. However i also got 4 of the exact same ring unfortunately. They are all very beautiful rings but i would have liked different kinds.

The bath bombs are the greatest. Very fragrant and bubbly. I love them. I will be ordering more.

I placed an order....got 2 different tracking numbers, both invalid. Took forever to get my order then a couple of weeks later I was billed for something I didn't order. When I complained I was told I had bought a monthly subscription. I did no such thing!! They took money from my bank account without notice and I don't appreciate that at all. Now, let's talk about the rings inside the bombs.....absolute crap!! Ugly and extremely cheap. Give your hard earned money to Charmed Aroma...at least your finger won't turn green when you wear their rings. Bottom line....terrible company to deal with and I will never place anohter order.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their customer service. I ordered my first set of bath balms after Christmas. I love the attention to detail of the packaging and presentation. When I took my bath the water felt so silky and the fragrance is subtle not overpowering. I was so surprised and tickled with the affirmation I found floating in my bath water (spoiler alert). I decided to get a box for my daughter-in-laws birthday. Alas, when she opened it yesterday on of the balms had burst open although there was no damage to the box or shipping box. I was puzzled and wrote the company. I got several prompt emails and they are sending a replacement at no charge!! I plan on treating myself to this home spa day as well as buying them for gifts! My daughters birthday is in June and she will also get this treat! You can’t go wrong!!

Bubbly Belle has beautiful rings! I got my first bath bomb from my grandmother for Christmas. I wear mine every day and when I take it off, it feels weird! Great for kids who love bath bombs. Find a special ring in one bath bomb up to $ 10,000!
They are kind in their emails and take the time to think about my problems and questions. Great quality rings and service! Five star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give this a ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, and I have to honestly say this company has by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They aren’t willing to work with you on anything, they pretty much tell you your (blank) (since you can’t post with swear words)***out of luck! THEN JUST RECENTLY THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR A PURCHASE I NEVER MADE NOR DID I APPROVE IT!!! When I called to see why they had told me well sorry but you were subscribed to our subscription. Which is absolute BS because of the mere fact that a week before this happened I had such a terrible experience with them that I told them to take me off of any subscription they have me on, take me off their call and email list, because I never wanted to do business with them again!!! And then after all of that Ofcourse I see on my account that there was money taken out for bubbly belle... at that point I was very angry!! So this happened over 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I’m still dealing with it. There was no way for them to cancel the order, there was no way for me to refuse the package when fedex dropped it off, and they told me I would have to pay for the shipping costs to send back to them if I didn’t want it. Which I told them whatever if that’s what I got to do to get my money back from you thieves then so be it, cause I most definitely did not want what they seemed to purchase for me without me knowing! So update as today. Once the package arrived I took it to my local post office and had them refuse it and send back to shipper. AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. So now again I’m going to have to call them right now for the 10th time all because they took money out of my account without my knowledge and sent me something I never order nor wanted!!!! I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHATS SO EVER!!! YOU FUYS LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS LOTS OF MONEY, but I expect to be treated the right way, and I expect a company to have outstanding customer service. Cause what is customer service or a company without it’s good loyal customers??!! And I also expect a company to be honest and trust worthy!! And BUBBLYBELLE IS NONE OF THOSE!!! So utterly disappointed !!!!
