Never ever order from this company
Never ever order from this company, they will lie to you the owner can’t even find time to talk to you. If you place an order now, they won’t even check on it until a month from now. It’s not even over an hour away from where they shipped it from. This company is nothing but a scam.

Thank you for your feedback, Anthony. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to be waiting on an order without getting the answers or resolution you expected.
We take concerns like yours seriously, and we're sorry that our communication and handling of your order left you feeling this way. This is not the experience we want any customer to have. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret the frustration this situation has caused.

Good quality but small
The luffa were smaller than I expected, but good quality. I was hoping to buy more for bath sets since mine were a complete failure this year, but I think they are too small. I will use them, but not in the way I wanted to.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Jo. We're glad to hear you found the luffa to be good quality, but we're sorry they were smaller than you expected and didn't work as well for the bath sets you had planned. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you're preparing products for your customers.
We appreciate you giving them a try and sharing your experience. Your feedback about the size is helpful, and we'll be sure to pass it along to our team. We hope the luffa still find a useful place in your projects!

i found your site to be sluggish and a bit slow to function. The nomenclature wasn't known to me so i had to move around to find what I wanted. When I did get checked out I got a barrage of emails, like this one putting the cart before the horse. As for your product? I don't know it hasn't arrived. It's once again been delayed. I suppose disappointmint is how I feel using your site.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, James. We're sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, particularly with the website performance, finding the products you were looking for, and the timing of our review requests.
We completely understand your point about receiving a review request before your order has even arrived. That's certainly not ideal, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're also sorry that your shipment has been delayed. We know how disappointing it is to place an order and then have to wait longer than expected to receive it.
Your feedback about the website and product terminology is also valuable, especially as we're continually working to make the site easier to navigate and our product information clearer. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we hope your order arrives soon and gives us an opportunity to provide a better experience.

Great selection of powdered colors
Great selection of powdered colors for my soap making projects. The online shopping was easy and the process was smooth. Shipping was quick and efficient. Everything was packaged very well. I haven't used any of the colors yet, but they are really nice shades and I can't wait to try them.

Bulk Apothecary did a great job with my order. It was easy to check out, the pricing was competitive and the product arrived quickly and unharmed. I especially appreciated that their 55 lb beeswax still came in pellet form instead of a giant block. They're going to have a repeat customer in me.

Excellent shipping container
I ordered citronella oil to make bug repellent with, and it came in a VERY sturdy and well-sealed aluminum canister. I was concerned that it would ship in a container that would break in the mail, but this thing was sturdy enough to throw out the window of a moving van and still survive. Great stuff. Keep it up, Bulk Apothecary.

I have been buying bulk orders for many years and have had enough. I'm in Canada and I pay very high taxes, high delivery and then massive tarrif on top. All of this and if I need to return anything I pay for that too. The last two times UPS doesn't even deliver. They are so lazy that they come to the door with a notice slip so they don't have to "waste time" but expect customers to track down the package, go out of their way to get the package and do the job UPS gets paid to do. Enough is enough. Customer service, delivery, items everywhere are really lacking and I'm so over paying for services I don't get and paying for over priced items that arnt worth it anymore.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer over the years. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experiences have left you feeling this way.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with high shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs fees when ordering internationally. We also understand your disappointment with the delivery experience you described. While shipping carriers operate independently, we know that reflects on your overall experience with us.
We sincerely appreciate the many years you've trusted Bulk Apothecary for your business, and we're sorry we've fallen short of your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll be sharing it with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the experience for our international customers. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel.
