NEVER buy from these CROOKS! I bought 15 oils 0.5 oz and the average price was around $3-4 but after all their fees and then import fees my total bill came to just over $200! That is about $146 in FEE... Toon meer

Coconut oil arrived intact
Coconut oil arrived intact. However, there was spilled oil on that went to the outside of the thick packaging box and the packaging paper. It was not enough though to be concerned as I ordered 3 tubs of 7 lbs, so losing some was not a worry for me.

Great Company
I really love this company. Their soap is really high quality and they have so many choices. Shipping is always quicker than I anticipated. Prices are fair for cold-pressed soap and they give great volume discounts.

Thank you for your feedback, Connie. We're glad to hear your order arrived quickly and that you enjoyed the other fragrances you purchased. We're sorry, however, that our Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil wasn't to your liking.
Because essential oils are natural products, their aroma can vary significantly depending on the lavender variety and where it's grown. Bulgarian lavender is known for its rich, herbaceous, and slightly camphorous profile, which can be quite different from other lavender oils you may be accustomed to. We understand that scent is very personal, and not every variety is a perfect match for everyone.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you'll continue to enjoy the other products you've purchased from us.

Shipment not shipping- no information
I would love to use your products to make quality items for my customers. Unfortunately, I placed an order for hundreds of dollars worth of materials and after 7 days of no update of the date of delivery, I emailed and called. I was told that I would have to wait another 15 days until you would contact the shipping carrier to get an update for me. That is a total of 22 days after placing the order before I can even know when I will get it. There is simply no way that I can take care of my customers properly when I have no clue as to when I am going to be able to get supplies in. I even explained that I am not asking for anytihng to be expedited. I just want to know when I might expect them. I work with UPS, Fedex and USPS and whenever there is an issue, I can all and get clarification for my customers as I was the shipper. So, I am aware of how the system works. Unfortunately, the customer cannot call on their own. I am deeply saddened by this. I had actually placed another order of hundreds of more dollars a couple of days ago and that is being delivered tomorrow. I had intended on making your business my new go-to for my supplies and placing orders every couple of weeks. I am going to have to go with other supplies at this point. I may pay more to know for the items but it will be worth it just to have a company that will help me with information when I need it.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Keena. We're truly sorry for the frustration and uncertainty you experienced while waiting for an update on your shipment. We completely understand how important reliable delivery information is when you're running a business and serving your own customers.
We sincerely appreciate that you not only placed one large order with us, but also trusted us with a second order. We're glad to hear your second shipment is arriving promptly, but we understand that doesn't make up for the lack of information on the first.
Your comments about communication and shipment visibility are valuable, and we'll be sharing them with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the customer experience. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity you gave us to earn your business, and we hope we'll have the chance to serve you again in the future.

Such lovely scents!
The two fragrance oils I purchased -- Hinoki and Tomato Leaves -- arrived today, and both smell wonderful! Pure, crisp scents, not overwhelming or muddled. The price was very reasonable for a supply that will last quite a while for personal use (15ml each).
My only minor quibble is that the design of the label isn't my favorite. But that wasn't a surprise; it's exactly as shown on the website. It's a label to read easily in product-making supplies, and it's on me that I'm storing and displaying it with designer fragrances!
SO happy with this purchase; would definitely buy from here again.

Thank you so much, Joan! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the Hinoki and Tomato Leaves fragrance oils. It’s wonderful to know the scents were exactly what you were looking for: pure, crisp, and true to their character. We’re also glad you found the 15 ml size to be a great value.
We appreciate your feedback on the label design as well. Our labels are designed to be easy to identify and read in a maker’s workspace, but we completely understand wanting something more decorative when displaying them alongside designer fragrances.
Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you gave us a try, and we look forward to serving you again!

Not as Expected..
Unfortunately, this is not the same Stephenson base for foaming scrubs I use with the same “foaming bath butter” base. I’ve used a different supplier and it’s the same make but this box from Bulk Apothecary, lists on the box, “The use of personal care in your hands”. Although it is the same brand, I’m not sure why the different box and texture of the base. This base looks thick but it’s oily. Will go back to the other supplier.
